  • Eligibility: Fiverr’s Minors Policy requires that all users be at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. Users under 18 and at least 13 years of age are permitted to use the site only through an account owned by their parent or legal guardian.

  • Once your Gigs are live, focus on increasing your reach and attracting the right buyers.
     
    • Understand impressions: In the Fiverr marketplace, "impressions" represent how many times your Gig was seen by potential clients. High impressions are the first step toward clicks which then generates orders. Continuously monitor your Analytics to see how your visibility grows over time.
    • Be active: Staying online and responding quickly to inquiries can naturally boost your visibility in the marketplace. Utilize Quick responses to reply to clients faster and more easily.

    • Earnings: After an order is completed, freelancers receive 80% of the client’s cleared payment. Funds are subject to a 14-day clearing period before they become available for withdrawal. FAQ's

  • Customer Support will never ask you for your password, but they may ask you for your security question's answer in specific situations (e.g., to verify account ownership). This is always managed through an official Customer Support request.

    Here is what you need to know about your password and security:

    • Never give out your password
      Now and again we may ask for a few things from you, but keep in mind:
      • We will never ask you by email, messages, or comments to provide us with your password or sign-in credentials.
      • We will never ask you to email us your password.
      • We will never prompt you to log into a site outside of the fiverr.com domain, nor to download and install an application.
      • Please never download or run such applications or email attachments, since Fiverr will never send these.

  • From time to time, we reach out to the Fiverr community.

  • After the order is marked as complete, you have 14 days to withdraw your funds. A shorter withdrawal period may vary for Top Rated, Seller Plus, Fiverr Pro, or other eligible programs.

    For an order to be marked as complete:

    • Freelancers must fulfill their orders as described in their Gig description and must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the Deliver your order button (located on the order page).
    • The client has three days to respond and post a review (or 14 days for gigs with shipping). If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed.
  • Each payout method has its own specifications for withdrawing.

  • Your Fiverr profile can be associated with only one account from each Fiverr withdrawal provider (payout method). This means you cannot have the same PayPal, Payoneer, or any other withdrawal method for two Fiverr accounts. For example, you can have PayPal and Bank Transfer, but you cannot have Bank Transfer and Fiverr revenue card as they are both provided by Payoneer.
  • Withdrawals are final and can't be undone. We won't be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.
  • It is the sole responsibility of freelancers to verify their personal tax obligation, report, and pay taxes according to the laws of the state and/or country of residence, as applicable and required by local law and regulations.
  • To communicate with a client, an order needs to be placed which will create a "conversation" thread and you will be able to communicate with the client. You may also contact the client without an order being placed, if the client contacts you first.
  • Uploading files can sometimes fail for various reasons. Please check the following before asking for further assistance:
    • Make sure your flash is up to date on your computer
      Flash normally updates automatically for most modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox) but may still have limitations in older versions of modern browsers (Internet Explorer).
    • Disable pop-up blockers for Fiverr.com or allow uploads/downloads through your Firewall/Anti-Virus protector from Fiverr.com
    • Make sure your image is a JPEG or PNG
    • Clear your cookies for Fiverr.com
      Sometimes cookies can hold on to a "session" where your browser thinks it's still loading an image file. Refreshing your page helps clear the session, but in most cases, clearing your cookies helps.
  • Yes. There is a partial refund option that is available so you can make the necessary payment adjustments to your existing order. The freelancer is the only one who can suggest or initiate a partial refund through the Resolution Center.

  • You can accept a tip. However, it's advised not to ask for one. Do your best as a freelancer because ultimately it's up to the client whether to leave a tip or not.
