Never give out your password
Now and again we may ask for a few things from you, but keep in mind:- We will never ask you by email, messages, or comments to provide us with your password or sign-in credentials.
- We will never ask you to email us your password.
- We will never prompt you to log into a site outside of the fiverr.com domain, nor to download and install an application.
- Please never download or run such applications or email attachments, since Fiverr will never send these.

After the order is marked as complete, you have 14 days to withdraw your funds. A shorter withdrawal period may vary for Top Rated, Seller Plus, Fiverr Pro, or other eligible programs.
For an order to be marked as complete:
- Freelancers must fulfill their orders as described in their Gig description and must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the Deliver your order button (located on the order page).
- The client has three days to respond and post a review (or 14 days for gigs with shipping). If no response is provided within the response time, the order will be considered completed.
- Each payout method has its own specifications for withdrawing.
Learn more with Payout methods. - Your Fiverr profile can be associated with only one account from each Fiverr withdrawal provider (payout method). This means you cannot have the same PayPal, Payoneer, or any other withdrawal method for two Fiverr accounts. For example, you can have PayPal and Bank Transfer, but you cannot have Bank Transfer and Fiverr revenue card as they are both provided by Payoneer.
- Withdrawals are final and can't be undone. We won't be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.
- It is the sole responsibility of freelancers to verify their personal tax obligation, report, and pay taxes according to the laws of the state and/or country of residence, as applicable and required by local law and regulations.
- To communicate with a client, an order needs to be placed which will create a "conversation" thread and you will be able to communicate with the client. You may also contact the client without an order being placed, if the client contacts you first.

- Yes. There is a partial refund option that is available so you can make the necessary payment adjustments to your existing order. The freelancer is the only one who can suggest or initiate a partial refund through the Resolution Center.
