The Fiverr mobile app lets you manage your Fiverr account from anywhere. Whether you are a client searching for services or a freelancer tracking orders and earnings, the app gives you access to the most important Fiverr features from your phone.
Before you begin
The app is available on iOS and Android devices. Some features are only available on the PC, including starting the process to become a freelancer, managing your Personal Assistant, and changing your email address.
Navigating the app
The Fiverr mobile app has five main menus. The content in each menu changes based on whether you are using a client or freelancer account:
- Home

- Search

- Account
Home
Functionality for clients and freelancers
- The Home screen gives clients quick access to services, popular categories, and Fiverr updates.
- Services search: Search for services on Fiverr, select Gigs, and place orders.
- Most popular services: Browse popular services by category and save categories as your interests in the Interests tab.
- What's new on Fiverr: Read recent news and posts from Fiverr.
- Recently viewed & more: Return to past Gigs and refer friends to Fiverr through Fiverr's Refer a Friend program.

The Home screen gives freelancers a summary of their performance and activity.
- Level and Success Score: View information about your current level and Success Score.
- Orders: See the total number of orders you have received.
- Unique clients: See how many unique clients you have worked with on the platform.
- Total lifetime earnings: View the total earnings you have made on Fiverr.
- New briefs: See all new briefs you have matched with and can respond to.
- Earnings: View detailed information about your earnings.

To-dos: See a list of action items, including:
- Number of unread messages
- Number of upcoming deliveries
- Number of revision requests
- Number of new orders

My Gigs: View analytics for your Gigs over the last seven days, including:
- Number of impressions
- Clicks

Inbox
The Inbox works the same way for both clients and freelancers. You can view all your conversations, reply to messages, and filter your inbox.

Search
Search is available to both clients and freelancers, allowing you to find services and browse Gigs. If you are a freelancer and use the Search menu, you will be automatically switched to the client profile.

Manage orders
The Manage orders menu is available to both clients and freelancers. From here you can:
- View all your orders.
- Message the other party about an order.
- Send or accept a delivery.
- Request revisions.
- Access the Resolution Center and send a request.

Account
The Account menu includes options for all users, as well as options specific to clients and freelancers.
Shared functionality
The following features are available to both clients and freelancers:
- Tap the bell icon to view all notifications you have received.
- Tap your profile picture to set or update it.
- Refer a friend and receive a reward through Fiverr's refer-a-friend program via Invite friends.
- Manage the following preferences:
- Notifications: Manage your notification settings and choose which types you want to receive.
- Security: Enable or disable multi-factor authentication, view the devices connected to your account, and disconnect them.
- Language: Change the app's language.
- Appearance: Switch between Light and Dark mode.
- Currency: Set the currency you want to pay in.
- Online status: Set your online status to show other users whether you are online or offline.

Account info
- Username and email: View your Fiverr username and the email address linked to your account. Usernames cannot be changed. To change your email address, go to Fiverr on the web.

Personal balance: View your Fiverr balance, including:
- Balance from canceled orders
- Total balance
- Fiverr Credits
Account management
- Deactivation and deletion: Deactivate your account or delete it entirely. Note: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
- Privacy: Read Fiverr's Privacy Policy and request to opt out of sharing your information.
- Logout: Log out of the app.

Tap Support to open the Fiverr Help Center, where you can browse articles or contact Customer Support.
Community and legal
- Forum: Go to the Fiverr forum to read and post about Fiverr.
- Blog: Visit the Fiverr blog for helpful information and tips.
- Community standards: View Fiverr's Community standards and platform guidelines.
- Terms of service: Read Fiverr's Terms of Service.
- Privacy policy: Read Fiverr's Privacy Policy.
Functionality for clients and freelancers

My Fiverr
- My briefs: Create and view your briefs.
- Saved lists: View the Gigs you have saved.
- My interests: View the categories you saved while browsing for services.

Tap Become a seller to open the Help Center article explaining how to start offering services on Fiverr. You can only begin this process on the web.

In addition to the shared features above, freelancers have the following options in the Account menu.
Seller/buyer toggle
Use this toggle to switch between your client and freelancer account. The options available in the menu change based on the account type you select.
Account > Selling
- Earnings: View an overview of your earnings for set time periods and withdraw funds.
- Custom offers templates: Create templates to reuse when sending custom offers to clients.
- Briefs: View the briefs you match with and the responses you have sent.
- Share Gigs: Share your Gigs on other platforms to attract clients.
- My profile: View your profile, including your About info, Gig info, and client reviews.
- Manage Gigs: Pause, resume, or delete your Gigs. To manage a Gig, tap and hold on it.
- Availability: Set and manage your availability.
Settings > Preferences
- Briefs: Set your brief preferences, including enabling or disabling new brief notifications and setting a minimum price for brief matches you receive.
- Personal Assistant: Read information about the Personal Assistant feature. To manage your Personal Assistant settings, go to Fiverr on the web.

- Yes. You can search for services, browse Gigs, and place orders from the Home screen or the Search menu.
- Yes. Go to Account > My Fiverr > My briefs to create and view your briefs.
- Yes. The Resolution Center is fully available in the Manage orders section.
