Mira introduces Fiverr's new hiring experience, helping clients find the right qualified talent through a more guided and curated recruiting process, while helping talent focus on opportunities that are a better fit for their skills.
Before you begin
Mira is Fiverr's AI headhunter. Clients describe what they need, Mira builds a job description, and finds talent that fits, so you spend less time searching and more time choosing. If you're a talent, Mira sends you job descriptions that match your skills. Both sides spend less time filtering and more time focusing on the right match. Make sure the services you request comply with Fiverr's Community Standards.
Mira is currently rolling out gradually, so not all users have access yet. If Mira isn't available to you, it will be soon. You can use Mira on desktop and mobile web; it is not available yet on the iOS or Android apps.
How Mira works
- As a client, you receive a curated shortlist of talent instead of managing unsolicited outreach.
- When you start a conversation with Mira, it pulls context from your Fiverr order history and other profile information such as name, currency and timezone, and asks follow-up questions to build a complete job description.
- Once the job description is ready and approved by you, Mira sends it to eligible talent, and asks them questions to ensure they are the right fit for you.
- Rather than reviewing dozens of responses, Mira presents a carefully curated shortlist of up to three talent cards with recommendations.
- If your budget is under $500, your job description is not sent to talent. Instead, you receive a filtered list of talent based on your job description details.
Generating a job description with Mira
Clients can generate a job description to receive a curated list of hand-picked talent.
- Go to the home screen or the main menu and click Post a job description.

Start a conversation with Mira in your preferred language and describe the service you need.
The job description is always generated in English, even if you chat with Mira in another language.

Mira asks follow-up questions until all required fields are complete. It also suggests optional fields to improve your results. Required fields include:
- Understanding the need
- Business name
- Project goals
- Budget
- Timeline
- Search preferences (time zone, location, availability, experience, or language)
Other required and optional fields vary by service type. The job description progress bar shows which fields remain.
- Once all required fields are complete, you can review and edit your job description. You can edit it manually or by asking Mira in the chat.
- When your job description is ready, you can:
- Click Let Mira take it from here to send the job description to suitable talent.
- Click Export to download the job description as a PDF or open it in HTML.
Once you send your job description, you cannot edit or pause it.
Managing your job description
Your job description page shows real-time status updates as talents engage with your job description. Once you receive the curated shortlist of talent, you can:
- See why each talent is a good fit for your project.
- Click Compare talent to review all talent side by side.
- Click Message {talent name} to start a conversation with a talent through the inbox. Your inbox shows a summary of the job description and the full job description as a PDF.
If you are not satisfied with the options you received, click Search Fiverr instead to open Fiverr's filtered search results based on your job description.
To start a new project, click Start a new project. There is no limit on the number of job descriptions you can send at the same time.
To switch between projects or delete a project:
- Click your profile image.
- Choose Your projects.
- Click the project you want to view, or click Delete next to the project name to remove it.
Managing your profile
Mira uses information from your Fiverr account such as orders, currency and timezone as well as your profile information on Mira, and previous chats with Mira to personalize your experience. You can view and edit your profile information on Mira at any time.
- Click your profile image.
- Choose Your profile.
- Edit any of the following sections:
- Personal details: Display name, company, industry, and website.
- Professional background: Your job title, experience, and the way you approach projects and decisions.
- About your business: What your business does, who your customers are, and anything that helps freelancers understand your world.
- Brand and voice: Tone, audience, references, and stylistic preferences, what good work looks like to you.
- Additional context: Anything else freelancers should know, including past projects, sensitivities, or other context.
- Your projects with Mira: Once a project's matches are ready, Mira adds a short summary of it here, so she knows what you have worked on before.
Delete your conversations
To delete all your projects and chat history from Mira:
- Click your profile image.
- Choose Your profile.
- Under Privacy & data, click Delete your conversations.
This will permanently delete your Mira conversation history, including all job descriptions, files, and shortlists. This cannot be undone.
Deleting your Mira data does not delete your Fiverr account or any other information on Fiverr. You can delete a specific project without deleting your account through the Your projects section.
FAQs
- No. Once you send your job description, you cannot edit or pause it. You can edit your profile information in Mira to update the data used for future job descriptions.
- Yes. To delete a job description, click your profile image, choose Your projects, then click Delete next to the project name.
- No. Each job description is built specifically for the project by Mira and cannot be duplicated. You can start a new conversation with Mira to create a new job description.
- Yes. You can chat with Mira in your preferred language, but the job description is always generated in English.
- There is no set timeframe for receiving the shortlist. You can monitor the progress of your job description on Mira's page. You receive an email notification when the shortlist is ready.
- No. Mira job descriptions cannot be managed through the Brief management page. You can manage your job descriptions directly in Mira. After you post your job description, you receive a confirmation email containing a link to your personal project management page in Mira.
- If you are not satisfied with your shortlist, click Search Fiverr instead below the shortlist. This opens Fiverr's filtered search results based on your job description so that you can find talent on your own.
- Not currently. Each account member can only access job descriptions they created. Job descriptions created by other members are not visible to you.
How Mira works for freelancers
- As talent, you're matched to job descriptions based on multiple criteria such as previous projects completed on Fiverr and experience level, to find the most suitable fit for each project.
- You're notified through the inbox when a job description matching your skills and experience starts, prompting you to respond.
- When you receive a job description, Mira explains why you're a good fit and asks you a few questions.
- Your answers help Mira highlight your expertise when presenting you to the client.
- If you have questions about the project, Mira answers based on what it knows about the service and the client. If Mira can't answer, it sends your question to the client.
- Once you get a response, reply to Mira to accept or decline being offered to the client; if you decline, Mira may invite another talent.
- When the job description closes, Mira notifies the relevant talent.
- Each job description opens a new conversation with Mira in your inbox, rather than appearing on your Brief management page.
No setup required: You don't need to create a Mira profile, change any settings, or take any action. If you're a good match for a project, Mira will automatically reach out to you through your Fiverr Inbox when a relevant opportunity becomes available.
