Seller Plus Standard and Premium: Advanced tools for business growth

The Seller Plus Standard and Premium tiers provide experienced freelancers with advanced tools, early payouts, and strategic guidance to further accelerate business growth and maximize success on the Fiverr marketplace.

 


Eligibility

Your current freelancer level determines your eligibility for the Standard and Premium tiers: Standard is available to Level 1 freelancers and above, while Premium is available to Level 2 freelancers and above.

Joining the program

Eligible users can sign up for Seller Plus Standard or Premium directly on their dashboard by following the prompts to complete payment and enrollment.

Kickstart members, when you are promoted to Level 1 or Level 2, you will receive an invitation via email to upgrade your subscription to the Standard or Premium tier, respectively.

Payments and subscription

The Standard plan is a $25 monthly subscription and the Premium plan is a $49 monthly subscription; both renew automatically each month.

You will be charged taxes on top of your subscription fee when located in taxable countries.

  • The system will always attempt to charge your subscription using this order:

    1. Available funds: Charged from your Fiverr balance first.
    2. Future earnings: If your balance is insufficient, a Seller Plus debt will be created on your account, charging future earnings as they clear. The payment method on file will not be charged.

    Debt policy: You are allowed to accumulate debt for up to two months. If the debt remains unpaid after two months, you will be removed from the program.

  • You can manage your membership, update payment details, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage membership page on your freelancer dashboard.
    If you chose to cancel your subscription, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel within 48 hours of your last monthly payment. If you cancel, you will still retain your Standard or Premium benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • Upgrades (e.g., Standard to Premium): Take effect immediately, and your next bill will be adjusted to reflect the change.
    • Downgrades (e.g., Premium to Standard): You will remain in your current, higher tier until the end of the existing billing cycle. The downgrade and new charge will take effect on your next billing date.

FAQs

  • As a Level 1 or higher member, the system is designed to prioritize using your earnings or future earnings (debt) for payment to keep your money on the platform. You cannot opt out of this system to pay with a credit card unless your debt accumulates past the two-month limit and your account is removed.
  • No. Once you cancel, you will continue to enjoy all your tier's benefits, including access to your Success Manager, until the end of your current billing month.
  • Invoices are generated automatically. Access them by going to your profile picture > Billing and payments > Billing history tab, and selecting Seller Plus.
  • When you upgrade, you receive the benefits of the new, higher tier immediately. You will be charged for the new tier on your next monthly billing date. This charge will reflect the number of days you spent in the new tier versus the unused time from your previous tier.
  • When you downgrade, you will remain in your current, higher tier until your existing billing cycle ends. You will move to the lower tier at the beginning of the next billing cycle and will be charged the new lower rate starting on that date.
