In your freelancer profile on Fiverr, you can manage your workload and daily tasks directly from your home screen, which is also known as the dashboard. Utilize your dashboard page to help you organize ongoing projects and grow as a Fiverr freelancer.


I am a new freelancer

Your dashboard is organized to help guide you to realize your full potential on Fiverr. 


Features of your dashboard include:

  • This section located at the top of your dashboard provides a quick overview of your account information. See your username, display name, and level status. If you are a member of Seller Plus, you can see your status here as well. Learn more about Fiverr’s level system and Seller Plus Program

    Any important information about your account will be shown in a banner under the profile panel.
  • A strong profile helps you stand out and attract new clients! Improve your profile strength score by adding more information about your experience and expertise. Please note that you have the option to add more information about yourself, such as adding a Portfolio and Intro video which is not mandatory.
  • The onboarding steps are designed to help new freelancers get ready to sell on Fiverr. Each task must be completed in order; finishing one step will unlock the next. You’ll need to complete all steps in this section before your profile becomes visible and searchable to clients in the marketplace.
  • Enhance your professional development by exploring the articles and webinars in this section, all designed to help you succeed on Fiverr.

I am an experienced freelancer

Your dashboard is designed to help you manage your workload efficiently and track your progress and earnings on Fiverr. 

Features of your dashboard include:

  • This section located at the top of your dashboard provides a quick overview of your account information. See your username, display name, seller level, Seller Plus membership status, Personal assistant status, and set Availability

    Any important information about your account will be shown in a banner under the profile panel.
  • This section can help you manage your workload and prioritize your tasks by showing you new messages, briefs, and orders. You can respond directly to messages and orders by clicking into them easily from your dashboard.
  • A strong profile helps you stand out and attract new clients! Improve your profile strength score by adding more information about your experience and expertise. Please note that you have the option to add more information about yourself, such as adding a Portfolio and Intro video which is recommended but not mandatory. 

    Eligible freelancers are encouraged to add Featured clients, Paid consultations and Recommendations to their profile which will improve your profile strength score.
  • Use this section to understand your achievements and identify areas for improvement on Fiverr. Hover over each icon to view your metrics and earnings, and explore the criteria required to reach the next level. Let's review what each metric means:
    1. My level
    2. Success score
    3. Rating
    4. Response rate
    5. Orders: Shows the total number of orders you’ve completed on Fiverr.
    6. Unique clients: This metric shows the number of different clients you’ve worked with on Fiverr. (Each client counts once, regardless of how many orders they’ve placed.)
    7. Earnings: This metric shows your total earnings on Fiverr.
  • Enhance your professional development by exploring the articles and webinars in this section, all designed to help you succeed on Fiverr.

Mobile dashboard overview

There are 4 sections on the App dashboard. The top section shows the performance metrics related to your level, followed by: Earnings, To-Dos, and My Gigs.

Note: Make sure the 'Selling' mode toggle is turned on. This feature is only available on recent app versions: Android: 4.0.5 or later and iOS: 3.34 or later.

  • At the top of the screen, you’ll see the performance metrics that contribute to your level status. If you tap on any area in this section, you will see more details on these metrics: Level, Success Score, Rating, Response rate, Orders, Unique clients and Earnings.
  • In this section, you can see your personal balance, your earnings for the current month, the average selling price for you Gigs, active orders, earnings that have not yet cleared, and canceled orders. Tap to see more details.

  • In this section, you can see activity for any unread messages, revision requests, upcoming deliveries, late deliveries, and new orders. Tap any one for more details.

  • In this section, you can see your Gig statistics for the last 7 days.

    Lets review what each Gig statistic means:

    • Impressions: These are the number of times your Gig appeared in the thumbnails (on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page).
    • Clicks: These are clicks from impressions or the number of clicks after a user saw it once on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page.
    • Views: These are the number of page views on the actual Gig page.
    • Conversion: This is the total number of orders resulting from clicks after views.

FAQ’s

  • Adding more information to your freelancer profile will improve your profile strength score. This is optional and recommended so clients can understand your experience better. Add information such as an Intro video, Certifications and Education to improve your score.
  • Yes, by clicking in the Agenda section of your dashboard to “Messages” you can scroll to see older messages and reply directly from the dashboard view.
  • If you are a new freelancer who has just completed creating your freelancer profile, you must also complete the steps listed on your dashboard in order to be visible in the marketplace. Continued onboarding tasks include Setting your hourly rate, Completing the Trust & Safety training, Creating your first Gig, ID verification, and if applicable, completing a W-9 form. Once all these steps are completed, you will have the experienced freelancer dashboard view and can start to sell on Fiverr!
  • No. Those pages still exist. The dashboard simply gives you a consolidated overview and shortcuts to the actions you need to take.
  • You can submit feedback directly from the dashboard using the Feedback section. Your input goes straight to our product team working on improvements.
  • Today’s Agenda is designed to help you focus on what matters most. Instead of navigating between separate inbox, order, and brief pages, you now get one prioritized list of all time-sensitive actions.
  • No, the dashboard does not change how performance metrics are calculated. It simply makes it easier for you to monitor and act on the areas that influence your score.
  • No, the dashboard automatically adapts based on what’s most relevant to your business activity, level, and performance signals.
  • The new dashboard is designed to give you clearer insights and a more streamlined workflow. Switching to the previous dashboard is not available. However, if you have suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we encourage you to share them through the feedback section in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard. Your input helps us continue refining the experience for you and the freelance community.
  • You can submit feedback directly from the dashboard using the Feedback section. Your input goes straight to our product team working on improvements.
  • The rollout is gradual. You’ll receive access automatically as we expand availability to all freelancers. Stay tuned!
