Fake Identity Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by posing as another person or entity in a misleading manner.

As outlined in our Community Standards, it is prohibited to include false or misleading information in your user profile, such as a fake name, photo, location, or other biographical details.

 

Off-Platform Transaction Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by engaging in off-platform activity.

As outlined in our Community Standards, actions such as directing clients or freelancers to external platforms, suggesting alternative payment systems, offering external contracts or sharing personal contact details for off-platform business are prohibited.

Spam Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by engaging in messaging activity that was unwanted, repetitive, and/or disruptive to other members of our community.

As outlined in our Community Standards, such actions undermine the integrity of our platform and can potentially harm our users.

Phishing/Malware Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by engaging in phishing attempts, distributing malware, and/or sharing other potentially harmful content through Fiverr communication tools.

As outlined in our Community Standards, Fiverr prohibits any attempts to compromise user security through deceptive or harmful digital activity.

Account Integrity Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies regarding account integrity.

As outlined in our Community Standards, users can only have one account on the platform, as multiple accounts can be misleading to other users and are considered a manipulation of our system.

 

Feedback Boosting Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by ordering or offering a service with the intent to falsely increase ratings and/or levels. This includes deceptive practices such as falsifying reviews, providing misleading feedback, or pressuring others regarding their ratings.

As outlined in our Community Standards, Fiverr strictly prohibits any attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or Fiverr level system to maintain a fair and transparent marketplace.

Withholding Payment/Services Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by threatening to withhold payment or the delivery of services from another user.

As outlined in our Community Standards, any threats or attempts to pressure another user for payment, services, or positive feedback are prohibited.

Abusing Reporting Tools Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by abusing our reporting tools. These tools were designed to help maintain a trustworthy marketplace for our community.

As outlined in our Community Standards, the misuse of these tools to submit false or misleading reports is strictly prohibited. This includes falsely categorizing reports, repeatedly submitting baseless reports to target users, and mass reporting to manipulate enforcement. Additionally, providing fabricated evidence, exploiting the system to harm competitors, or using multiple accounts and automation to evade this policy are all violations.

Growth Campaigns Abuse Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by attempting to manipulate a promotional program or campaign.

As outlined in our Community Standards, Fiverr strictly prohibits any deceptive efforts to gain disproportionate benefits in the marketplace.

Abusive/Rude Behavior to Staff Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by engaging in inappropriate behavior towards members of the Fiverr Team.

As outlined in our Community Standards, our community is built on principles of mutual respect, and we do not tolerate behavior that is abusive, rude, or inconsistent with our values -  including towards members of our team.

 

Username/Display Name Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by choosing a username or display name that breaches our trust and safety standards.

Usernames and display names must be appropriate and respectful. They cannot contain offensive language, hate speech, or explicit content. Additionally, names that impersonate others or Fiverr itself, infringe on intellectual property, or mislead users are strictly prohibited.

Suspicious Money Transfer Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by engaging in suspicious financial transactions on the Fiverr platform.

As outlined in our Community Standards, any activity related to money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized financial actions is strictly prohibited.

User Forbidden Country 

In compliance with applicable laws and with our Terms of Service, Fiverr is not available to citizens from your country or region. 

 

Adult Services Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by offering or requesting adult services, which are prohibited on the Fiverr platform.

As outlined in our Community Standards, Fiverr does not allow any content or services related to adult material, including explicit or sexually suggestive content.

 

Illegal and Prohibited Services

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by offering or requesting a service that is not allowed on the platform.

Fiverr maintains clear guidelines to ensure a safe, trustworthy, and professional marketplace. Any service that involves illegal activities, deception, unauthorized data collection, spam, or manipulation, as well as other actions that may compromise the integrity of the platform, is strictly prohibited.

Third Party Terms of Service Violations

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by breaching the policies of a third party. A third party refers to a company or individual not directly affiliated with Fiverr, but who may be affected by the services you offer or request.

As outlined in our Community Standards, any service offered that relies on another party’s platforms, tools, or products must also comply with that company’s Terms of Service and other applicable policies (such as their privacy policy or intellectual property policy).

Harmful and Prohibited Activity Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by requesting or offering a service that could intentionally or unintentionally harm our users, other individuals, property, or animals, or by engaging in other prohibited activity.

As outlined in our Community Standards, Fiverr prohibits any activity that could pose risks to individuals, animals, or the broader community.

 

Objectionable Content and User Safety

Hate Speech and Discrimination Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by engaging in hate speech and/or discrimination against an individual or group based on race, skin color, ethnicity, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, and/or disability. This policy applies to all user-generated content, including Gigs, briefs, deliveries, portfolios, and any other content that depicts or promotes hate speech or discrimination.

As outlined in our Community Standards, Fiverr strictly prohibits any hateful content or discriminatory behavior.

Inappropriate Behavior Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by engaging in inappropriate behavior.

As outlined in our Community Standards, our community is built on principles of mutual respect, and we do not tolerate behavior that is abusive, rude, or inconsistent with our values.

Intellectual Property 

Intellectual Property Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by infringing the intellectual property (IP) rights of a third party. A third party refers to a company or individual not directly affiliated with Fiverr, but who may be affected by the services you offer or request.

As outlined in our Community Standards, we require that all services offered be based on the freelancer’s own IP or have the necessary licenses.

Non-Original Assets / Work Violation

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by using or delivering non-original material.

As outlined in our Community Standards, we expect the Fiverr community to respect the hard work and creativity of others while adhering to ethical and lawful creative practices. Freelancers may only offer and deliver services based on their own original work or legally obtained licenses. Using third-party content without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.

Minors policy

Minors Policy Violation - Under 13 years old

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by being operated by a minor under the age of 13.

As outlined in our Community Standards, users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using Fiverr under any circumstances.

Minors Policy Violation - 13 to 18 years old

Your account has violated Fiverr’s policies by being operated by a minor without the required parental or guardian oversight.

As outlined in our Community Standards, minors aged 13-18 may only use Fiverr through a parent or guardian-owned account that complies with our guidelines.
