Kickstart is a paid program for freelancers who are new to Fiverr, offering them access to features and tools for a 3-month period, to help them get started on Fiverr.

This guidance, available directly on your dashboard, can help you complete your profile and get your business up and running.

You’ll also receive exclusive invitations to live sessions led by an onboarding specialist, that will walk you through best practices and tips to grow your business.

ID verification

This process helps ensure a safe and trustworthy experience for the Fiverr community. Some tools and features within the program may be locked until you complete the verification process.

Eligibility and access to benefits 

Eligible freelancers can join the 3-month program for a one-time $20 payment. After 3 months, the Kickstart program will end. Make sure to take advantage of your ID verification, adding your top clients, and getting AI-generated feedback for your Gigs, since you’ll lose access to these tools at the end of the program. 

Freelancers who are eligible to join the Seller Plus subscription program, will be invited to do so. Similar to the end of the Kickstart program, if a freelancer chooses to join Seller Plus before the end of the 3-month Kickstart program, they will lose access to the tools listed above.

How it works 

If you’re eligible for the program and you choose to join Kickstart, you’ll be taken directly to your dashboard, where you’ll find guided onboarding for completing your profile and setting up your business.
You can also explore all of the program benefits, along with tips and insights, on the Kickstart program page under Growth & Marketing.
You’ll have access to the program for 3 months and can then choose to upgrade to Seller Plus Standard, a subscription program for freelancers who are ready to take the next steps to grow their business.

1. What happens after the 3-month period ends?
   The Kickstart program is specifically designed for the needs of new Fiverr freelancers in their first 3 months on the platform. At the end of the program, you’ll no longer have access to the Kickstart benefits. (If you’ve added your top clients and imported your work experience, these will remain on your profile.) After taking advantage of the Kickstart tools and features, you’ll likely be in a different stage of your business—with different needs.
   
   Please note that if you are eligible to upgrade to Seller Plus standard, your benefits will include tips and insights and advanced analytics tools that include keyword research.
   
   
2. Will joining this program guarantee orders?
   No program can guarantee that you’ll receive orders. But the Kickstart program offers tools and features that can position you and your Gigs to attract attention from potential clients.
     
3. What is the difference between this new program and the Seller Plus subscription program?
   The Kickstart program is specifically designed to meet the needs of new freelancers, while Seller Plus is for more established freelancers who are looking to grow their business. You can learn more about Seller Plus here.
   
   
4. Can I cancel the Kickstart program before my 3-month period ends and get a refund?
   No. Kickstart is limited to a 3-month period. Due to its immediate and unique, this program is non-cancelable and refunds are not available after the content has been accessed and viewed. In case of a particular issue, users can reach out directly to Fiverr’s customer support.
