General Fiverr Pro FAQs
- Join Fiverr Pro here; you'll be asked to add your business email, name, and choose a username and password. You will then be redirected to the onboarding process.
- Join Fiverr Pro and join the right subscription plan for your needs. Fiverr Pro Essential gives you access to all our exclusive features at no upfront cost. Or subscribe to Fiverr Pro Advanced for $129/month and get advanced compliance and management tools.
- Yes, if the admin wants to update their billing information for Fiverr Pro orders and invoices, they’ll need to enter the updated information under billing information.
- Yes, if you upgrade your Fiverr account to a Pro account, your existing orders will be filed under My Project, your personal space. Learn more about the projects feature.
- When a Fiverr account converts to a Fiverr Pro account, the orders that were placed beforehand will be transferred to the Pro account. To find your previous personal orders, click on your profile picture and select 'Orders.'
Manage Your Fiverr Pro Account and Team FAQs
- The projects and the team comments features are available on Fiverr Pro only and they are designed to help your team collaborate on projects. With the projects feature, you can create different project types and get a personalized experience based on your projects’ characteristics, as well as, help manage your corresponding account members, track orders, and more.

Switching to Fiverr means you will still have access to your Pro orders and inbox conversations, but your other account members won’t.
Before you switch:
- Ensure you have no active orders on your team account.
What happens when you switch:
- All team members will be deactivated when the account admin switches over.
- Any Pro account credits will be lost upon switching. However, they'll be restored if you upgrade to Pro again.
- Your order history and messages will remain accessible on Fiverr.

If you were subscribed to the Advanced plan, cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund based on the time you used the plan. You'll lose access to all premium features.

- If you wish to leave Fiverr Pro as a member, ask the Admin to remove you from the Pro team account.
Note: If you close your account as a member, your email address will remain registered on Fiverr and cannot be reused. To be able to reuse your email, the admin of the account is required to remove you first. - If the admin removes a member from the Pro account, the member’s account will be automatically closed. After, the member is welcome to create a new Fiverr account for personal use, either with the same e-mail address or a new one.
Once deactivated, your Fiverr Pro orders will be automatically shared with the remaining Pro members, allowing them to access the order page and download the order files.
