Choosing the right Fiverr plan

Before you begin

• Eligibility: Anyone can activate Fiverr Pro Essential by signing up to Fiverr Pro.
• Advanced Access: Only an Admin or Billing Manager can subscribe to the Advanced plan. The subscription auto-renews monthly and can be canceled at any time.
• Essential Maintenance: To keep Essential access at no extra cost, Pro teams must order services worth $1,000+ annually.
• Payment Restrictions: Fiverr Pro Advanced cannot be paid for using Fiverr credits, coupons, or your existing Fiverr balance.

Subscriptions functionality & behavior

• Essential Plan Renewal: Access is at no cost and lasts for one year from the sign-up date. If you spend $1,000 or more, it automatically renews for another year. If you do not order services worth $1,000 each year, your access will end. The account admin will then have the option to upgrade to the Advanced plan or switch to Fiverr.

  If you upgrade from Fiverr to Fiverr Pro Essential with 'In-progress' orders, they will be counted toward the $1,000 annual spend requirement once they are marked as 'Completed'.

• Advanced Subscription: This plan requires a monthly fee of $129 USD (plus applicable taxes) and auto-renews monthly. To upgrade to this plan, go to Account Plan, click on View plans, click on Upgrade under Advanced plan, and pay to subscribe.
• Switching to Fiverr: You can switch back to a standard Fiverr account at any time, but you must ensure you have no active orders on your team account first.
• Team Deactivation: If an admin switches from Fiverr Pro to Fiverr, all team members are deactivated.

Click on ‘Billing and Payments’ ‘Billing History’ ‘Request custom report’ to request your report from your Success manager. If you didn't find the exact report you needed in 'Billing History,' feel free to contact your Success manager directly.
  • Monthly business analytics summaries - Access your personalized analytics dashboard from the homepage, a notification, or a direct email to view your Fiverr activity, financial insights, and spending. The report refreshes monthly and is available to all Admins and Billing Managers.
  • Deferred or monthly payments (based on eligibility) - Deferred Payments allow you to purchase now and pay later to better align with your company’s payment cycles.

Switch to Fiverr

Before switching your Pro account to Fiverr, ensure you have no active orders on your team account. Remember, you can easily upgrade back to Fiverr Pro at any time.

  • All team members will be deactivated when the account admin switches over.
  • Any Pro account credits will be lost upon switching. However, they'll be restored if you upgrade to Pro again.
  • Your order history and messages will remain accessible on Fiverr.
  • If you were subscribed to the Advanced plan, cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund based on the time you used the plan.
  • You'll lose access to all premium features.

  To switch to Fiverr, go to your Administration page, click on Account plan, select the View plans button, select "Switch" in the Fiverr plan column. Remember, you can easily upgrade back to Fiverr Pro at any time.

  Admins of managed Fiverr Pro accounts can start the switch by clicking “Contact us to switch” and choosing to either schedule a call or send a message to their Success Manager. After a follow-up, the account will either stay on Fiverr Pro or move back to Fiverr, with the change taking effect on the next login.

FAQs

• Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle. Your account balance and remaining plan fees will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. The cancellation is immediate, and you will no longer have access to any plan’s features.
• No, members cannot directly subscribe to the Advanced plan. Only an admin or billing manager can subscribe. However, you can request a plan from an admin by explaining why you need it. The admin will receive an email with your request.
• You cannot switch your account from Fiverr Pro to Fiverr without the approval of your account admin. Please reach out to them to discuss your request.
• No, your Fiverr balance cannot be used to subscribe to a plan. This must be done by an admin or billing manager. Additionally, the Fiverr Pro plans cannot be paid for with Fiverr credits or coupons.
• No, the original payment method for the current plan cannot be changed directly. To use a different payment method, the current plan must be canceled. Then, a new plan can be created using the desired payment method.
• Any user in your account can request an upgrade by sending a request through the platform. You, as the admin or billing manager, will receive this request via email.
• No, you cannot purchase the Essential plan.
