Our enhanced level system empowers you with more metrics showing exactly what drives your progress. As you gain more experience on the platform, provide exceptional service, and advance to higher levels, you'll unlock benefits and tools. These resources will guide you towards continuous improvement, helping you achieve your full potential on Fiverr.

Performance Metrics
- This metric analyzes each of your Gigs in key areas related to the order process and your relationship with clients, relative to other freelancers. Moving up and down
Moving up
Once you meet the criteria in all six metrics for Level 1 and Level 2, you'll move up automatically within 24 hours. To progress to Top Rated, you'll also need to pass a manual evaluation to confirm your eligibility.
Moving down
- If you fall below the required criteria for your current level, you will enter a 30-day grace period.
- For Level 1 or Level 2 freelancers:
- If unable to improve stats during the grace period, you will move down to the level corresponding with your metrics.
- For Top Rated freelancers:
- If unable to improve stats during the grace period, your account will be reviewed to determine whether you can remain Top Rated or need to move to a lower level.
- If metrics fall below the criteria for Level 1, you will move to Level 0.
- If your success score drops to critically low, your account will be labeled low performance and your visibility will be affected.

Participation in the level system
We are dedicated to protecting the integrity of our platform while maintaining a safe and trustworthy experience on the Fiverr marketplace. While your freelancer level is determined by your performance on Fiverr, your participation in the level system is determined by your behavior on the platform.
A breach of our policies can affect your participation in one of the following ways:
-
On hold
- Your account’s leveling may be placed on hold due to certain violations of our policies.
- While on hold, you can still receive orders, but you are not able to progress in the level system while the warning is active.
- Certain benefits may be revoked during On-Hold status.
- Despite being on hold, you can still be moved to a lower level if your performance drops.
-
Account flagged
- If an account is flagged for a severe breach of Fiverr’s policies such as location inconsistencies or any other tactic suggesting a connection to previous activity in violation of Fiverr's policies, it will be excluded from participation in the level system.
See Terms of Service and Community Standards for more on Fiverr information.
FAQs
- This system offers more clarity, and growth tools. Key changes include a focus on six performance metrics: rating, response rate, orders, unique clients, earnings, and success score. The level overview page provides details on each metric and the benefits available at each level. Metrics such as seniority, days without warnings, order completion rate (OCR), and on-time deliveries are no longer directly related to your level status.
- Yes, it’s easier to move up and more difficult to be moved to a lower level. Once you qualify in all six metrics for Level 1 and Level 2, you can move up by the next day, with an additional review for Top Rated. If any metrics drop, you enter a 30-day grace period to improve your stats before being moved down.
- Pro freelancers can be part of this level system on Fiverr.com, where their level status depends on their metrics and performance.
- You will lose access to certain benefits, with exceptions for milestone payments, portfolio, intro video, and top clients.
- Advancing levels can increase your chances of receiving orders and unlocking beneficial features. However, many factors determine the number of orders, with your level being one of them.
