Turn your skills and talents into a source of income using seller levels. If you promote your Gigs, ensure that your customers are satisfied, deliver on time, and maintain high-quality services and good ratings, you can achieve a new (and higher) level status.

Your seller level is based on your monthly performance. As mentioned above, your superb service, a high buyer satisfaction rate, and constant on-time deliveries will earn you a top-level status on Fiverr, helping you get more traffic and orders. 

 

New Seller 

This is where everything begins.
When you create a Gig on Fiverr, you will be automatically ranked as a New Seller. 

To move up to Level 1 quickly, we encourage you to deliver your best work and service.
This is achieved by receiving positive reviews, completing a set amount of orders on time and with no cancellations, and not receiving any account warnings.

As a New Seller, you’ll get to: 

  • Create up to 7 active Gigs
    Active Gigs include both your published and unpublished Gigs.
  • Add two Extra services per Gig with a maximum of $1000 per Extra
    Note: Pro Gigs' Gig Extra maximum is $2000, and Voice-over Gigs have a maximum of $500 per Gig Extra. 
  • Create Custom Offers (up to $20,000 each)
  • Withdraw your earnings after 14 days

 

Level 1

Note: This is an automatic process where we review your performance from the past 60 days.


This is the first step in transitioning from New Seller to the next level.

As a Level 1 Seller, you’ll get to:

  • Create up to 15 Active Gigs
    Active Gigs include both your published and unpublished Gigs.
  • You may add up to 4 Gig Extras per Gig with a maximum of $1000 per Extra
    Note: Pro Gigs' Gig Extra maximum is $2000, and Voice-over Gigs have a maximum of $500 per Gig Extra. 
  • Create Custom Offers (up to $20,000 each)
  • Withdraw your earnings after 14 days

 

In order to reach Level 1 status, there are a few requirements you need to meet:

  1. You have been an active seller for at least 60 days
  2. You have completed, at least, 10 orders (all time)
  3. You have earned a minimum of $400
  4. You have maintained a 4.2-star rating over 60 days
  5. Your response rate score is 90% over 60 days
  6. Your order completion rate has received a score of 90% over 60 days
  7. Your on-time delivery has received a score of 90% over 60 days
  8. You have received no warnings over 30 days

 

Level 2

Note: This is an automatic process where we review your performance from the past 60 days. 


Level 2 status is not easy to achieve, but the rewards are certainly worth the extra effort.

As a Level 2 Seller, you’ll get to:

  • Create up to 20 active Gigs
    Active Gigs include both your published and unpublished Gigs.
  • Add up to 5 Gig Extras per gig with a maximum of $1000 per Extra
    Note: Pro Gigs' Gig Extra maximum is $2000, and Voice-over Gigs have a maximum of $500 per Gig Extra.
  • Create Custom Offers (up to $20,000 each)
  • Enjoy priority Customer Support
  • Withdraw your earnings after 14 days

 

In order to reach Level 2 status, there are a few requirements you need to meet: 

  1. You must be an active seller for at least 120 days.
  2. You must have completed, at least, 50 orders (all time).
  3. A minimum of $2,000 in earnings is required.
  4. You must have maintained a 4.2-star rating over 60 days.
  5. Your response rate has received a score of 90% over 60 days.
  6. Your order completion rate has received a score of 90% over 60 days.
  7. Your on-time delivery score has received a score of 90% over 60 days.
  8. You have received no warnings over 30 days.

 

Top Rated Seller

Important: This is a manual process. If you meet the Top Rated Seller level requirements below, our Editorial team will review your performance from the previous 60 days to confirm your eligibility. After this, the Editorial team will decide if you're a Top Rated Seller.

 

Please note, our Editorial team may demote a Top Rated Seller to a Level 2 Seller after evaluation—if they no longer meet the quality and performance standards needed to retain the Top Rated Seller badge.

Disclaimer: Fiverr Pro sellers (who go through a rigorous application process) may be entitled to the Top Rated Seller Level—following a manual review by Fiverr’s editorial team.

Promotion is based on other requirements such as high-quality service, high buyer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.


As a Top Rated Seller, you’ll get to:

  • Create up to 30 active Gigs
    Active Gigs include both your published and unpublished Gigs.
  • Add up to 6 Gig Extras per Gig with a maximum of $1000 per Extra
    Note: Pro Gigs' Gig Extra maximum is $2000, and Voice-over Gigs have a maximum of $500 per Gig Extra. 
  • Create Custom Offers (up to $20,000 each)
  • Enjoy priority Customer Support
  • Withdraw your earnings after 7 days

 

To achieve the Top Rated Seller status, you'll be evaluated by specific criteria.
Note: Performance is assessed based on internal indicators, which may change from time to time at our sole discretion.
