Featured Clients

Featured Clients lets you showcase up to five notable companies you have worked with directly on your Fiverr profile and Gig pages. When clients browse your profile, they can see the names and logos of the businesses you have serviced, giving them confidence in your experience and track record.


What are Featured Clients?

The Featured Clients section appears on your Fiverr profile page and Gig page immediately after a client entry is approved. Each entry displays the client company name and logo, giving potential clients a quick view of the quality of work you have delivered.

You can add, edit, or remove Featured clients at any time from your profile. Once you reach five approved clients, you will need to remove one before you can add another.

Eligibility

This feature is available to the following freelancers:

Once you become eligible, you keep access to this feature permanently, even if your level changes. For example, if you are demoted from Top Rated to Level 1, you will still be able to use Featured Clients.

What counts as a valid Featured Client?

You may only add companies from Fiverr’s pre-approved list. Before you submit, make sure your entry meets all of the following rules.

You can add a client if: You cannot add a client if:
  • The company hired you directly for a paid project.
  • The work you did is related to the services you offer on Fiverr.
  • You can provide a link proving the working relationship (portfolio, invoice, contract, or Fiverr order link).
  • The "client" is a platform or marketplace you used as a tool (for example, Shopify, Amazon, Facebook, YouTube, Fiverr, Etsy, or Google).
  • The client is not related to the services you offer. For example, if your Gig is about social media growth, you cannot list Instagram as a featured client.
  • You worked for the client as part of a personal or unpaid project.

By confirming and providing proof of your business relationship with a client, you take full responsibility for sharing valid and genuine information. Providing false proof or information may result in removal of your Featured Clients eligibility.

How to add a Featured Client

You will receive an email and push notification when you become eligible to add Featured Clients. You can access the feature at any time via your profile page or freelancer dashboard.

Step 1: Go to your Featured Clients page

  1. Log in to Fiverr and go to your profile.
  2. Scroll to the Featured Clients section.
  3. Click Add a client.

Step 2: Fill in the client details

Complete all required fields for each client:

  • Select from the pre-approved dropdown list. You cannot type in a custom company name.
  • Enter the dates of the project.
  • Describe the work you did for this client. Focus on the project details, not the client’s general reputation or your reviews. Here are some examples to guide you.
     

    Good example:

    • I worked as a content creator for the Nike Marketing team, producing social media posts, blog articles, and customer offer copy. The project drove an increase in organic traffic and supported seasonal sales campaigns.

    What to avoid:

    • I built a website for a client who has a store on Amazon. They were really happy with the result, which led to an increase in sales. — This describes work done for a private individual using Amazon as a platform, not work done for Amazon as a client.
  • Provide at least one link that proves your working relationship (see Accepted proof types below).
  • Tick the checkbox to confirm you worked with this client and to allow Fiverr to display the client’s name and logo on your profile.

Step 3: Submit your proof

You must attach at least one of the following as your proof. Generic links such as google.com, youtube.com, or fiverr.com are not accepted.

  1. A link to a portfolio containing the project you completed for this client
  2. A link to an invoice for the services you provided
  3. A link to a signed contract, or the Fiverr order link if the project was placed on Fiverr

If you have privacy concerns about sharing proof (for example, if documents contain banking details), you may blur or remove sensitive information before sharing, or provide a Google Drive link set to restricted access. Fiverr’s review team will request access when they review your submission.

Step 4: Submit and wait for review

  1. Click Submit. You will see a confirmation message on screen.
  2. Your submission will show as Pending while Fiverr reviews it.
  3. The review process typically takes 2–3 weeks, but may take up to 8 weeks during high-demand periods.
  4. You will receive an email when your submission is approved or if changes are needed.

The mobile app does not support adding or editing Featured Clients. Use Fiverr on a desktop browser to manage your featured clients.

Managing your Featured Clients

Editing or removing a client

You can edit or delete any approved Featured Client directly from your profile page. Hover over the client entry and select Edit or Delete.

Application statuses

Once you have submitted a client, you can track its status on your profile page. Here is what each status means:

Status What it means
Pending Your submission is being reviewed. Please wait for an email notification.
Approved Your client is live on your profile and Gig page.
Declined The entry was rejected because the information or proof did not meet the requirements. You will receive an email explaining what needs to be updated. You can delete the entry and resubmit it with corrected information.

Repeated declines may result in permanent removal of your Featured Clients eligibility.

Best practices

  1. Choose clients that are directly relevant to the services you offer. Relevance builds credibility with potential clients browsing your profile.
  2. Write clear, specific project descriptions. Explain what you did, not just who the client is.
  3. Keep your proof links accessible and up to date. Broken or expired links can result in a declined submission.
  4. Add up to five clients to maximize the social proof visible on your profile and Gig pages.
  5. If you have more than five eligible clients, replace lower-profile entries over time to keep your profile current and impressive.
