- Online status: Your online status indicates your availability to Fiverr users. This option is set to online as the default.

How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, review the following steps:

- Within your account settings, enter your new email address in the Email field and click Save.
- Click the link in the confirmation email sent to your new email address.
- You will receive a text message with a phone code. Enter this code into the verification box on your settings page.
If you don't have access to your registered phone, contact Customer Support for help.

- Once logged in, go to your new email account, where you will receive a second confirmation email.

- Under Online status, choose the duration you wish to appear offline (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, or Forever).
- Click Save Changes to apply your new status.
- To go back online, select Go Online from the same drop-down menu.

How to manage your notifications?
To view your notifications, click the bell icon at the top of the page. In the notifications area, you can see updates on orders being created, submitted information, completed orders, revision requests, and more. If you want to see older notifications, simply scroll down.
To change your settings for email, mobile, and real-time notifications, click the Settings icon at the bottom of the notifications panel or go to your profile picture Account settings Notifications.
- Select how your notifications should be delivered: via Email or as a Push notification (a message sent to your mobile device or browser).
- Next, check the boxes to customize the notifications for each type of notification you wish to receive or uncheck them to remove them.
- Additionally, you can toggle on/off Real-time notifications, which are instant, on-screen updates and announcements delivered while you are online, along with a separate toggle for Sound effects.
- Once you have made your selections, click the Update preferences button to save your changes.

Using an Android device? Delayed Fiverr notifications are often caused by battery optimization settings that limit background activity.
To ensure you receive notifications as soon as they arrive:
- Open the Settings app on your phone.
- Go to Battery or Battery & performance (name varies by device).
- Tap on Battery usage or Battery optimization.
- Select App battery usage or tap the three-dot menu (⋮) and choose Battery optimization.
- Tap the dropdown menu at the top and choose All apps.
- Find and tap Fiverr (or the app you want to change).
- Select Don't optimize or Allow background activity, then confirm.
