Satisfaction guarantee applies to the following Fiverr Pro services:
- Services provided by vetted Pro freelancers.
- Project manager and project planning services.
- Sourcing by domain expert, including both the service payment and orders placed with recommended freelancers.
How it works
- Cancellation timeframe: You must submit a cancellation request to Fiverr’s Customer Support Team within 14 days of order completion.
- Refund process: The refund amount is limited to the amount of the order and approved refunds are credited to your Fiverr Pro Balance for future orders.
- Usage rights: If an order is canceled and refunded, you may not use any part of the delivered work. The freelancer retains all rights to the canceled delivery.
- Exclusions: Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to hourly orders.
