End-to-End Project Management

This service provides end-to-end project planning and execution, making it ideal for clients who need help defining requirements and managing the entire process through final delivery. It's best suited for complex, multi-freelancer projects across any Fiverr category, with a minimum project budget of $3,000. The service includes:

• Scoping and Planning: A certified project manager defines your project's scope, goals, timeline, and estimated budget.

FAQs: End-to-End Project Management

• The project manager is an experienced professional who will oversee your outsourcing needs and conduct quality checks to ensure that high-quality work is delivered.
• The discovery call is free of charge. If you decide to proceed after this call, you’ll be required to pay an initial deposit. Once you reach execution, we’ll reduce this amount from the overall service fee. The service fee is a percentage of your total budget. The higher the budget, the lower the rate. For example, if your project budget is $10,000, and your project manager's service fee is 18%, then the service fee will be $1,800 - part of it will be charged after the discovery call, and the rest during the project execution phase. The $8,200 left will be dedicated to the services included in your project plan.
• We have different project managers, each dedicated to specific areas of expertise who can assist you with one or more projects at a time. The team is continually expanding our selection and offers a range of services, from brand identity and design to web/app development.
• The project manager will turn your project requirements into a plan, including required services plus recommended freelancers within your budget, on a schedule that fits your needs. They will also communicate with freelancers and collect their deliveries on your behalf while maintaining the timeline and providing quality assurance.

• It is your responsibility to review and either revise or approve all deliveries in accordance with your requirements. Your project manager will coordinate your requirements with freelancers and then collect and share all deliveries with you for your approval.

  Fiverr is not responsible for the content, quality, or level of service provided by the freelancers.

• The project manager communicates with both you and the selected freelancers. They will continue to communicate with freelancers on your behalf and provide you with ongoing updates for a hassle-free experience.
