    Full name requirements:

    • Between 2 and 50 characters
    • Must start with a letter, number, or underscore
    • Only English letters, numbers, and the following characters are allowed: - _ @ +
  • Your email address is used for all Fiverr communications and notifications. To change it, follow these steps.

If your account has a verified phone number:

    1. Go to Account Settings and enter your new email address in the Email field, then click Save.
    2. Click the confirmation link sent to your new email address.
    3. Enter the verification code sent to your phone.

If your account does not have a verified phone number:

If you do not have access to your registered phone number, contact Customer Support for help.

  • Your online status controls how you appear to other users. The default is online.

    • For freelancers: Being set to online makes you visible under the "online freelancers" filter in search results, and shows you as online to other users.
    • For clients: Being set to online shows you as online to other users.

To change your status, click Edit next to Online status, choose a duration from the dropdown (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, or Forever), and click Save. To go back online, select Go Online from the same dropdown.

  • If you no longer need your account, you can deactivate it directly from Account Settings. Note that users with active orders cannot close their account.
