  • The Voice Synthesis & AI subcategory lets clients leverage AI technology in their voice projects. With the help of AI and audio experts, clients can transform their scripts into incredible voiceovers, create custom AI voices for singing and narration, analyze and transcribe voice recordings, and more. 

    The use of one’s voice is an inherently personal right, as the voice is the property of its owner, and requires robust privacy protections. Therefore, both clients and freelancers must have explicit permission and/or full rights and authorization to use any vocal recordings needed for the service. Misusing someone's voice is not only a violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service (TOS) and Fiverr's Community Standards but could also potentially infringe upon copyright protections or even result in criminal charges—particularly if the individual lacks the necessary rights for use. Therefore, to ensure respect for others’ rights and to avoid any breach of Fiverr’s policies, it is imperative to adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Do not offer or request the use of a voice that you do not have the right to use. For instance, services offering to create music based on a known singer's voice or offering to clone a celebrity’s voice are prohibited on the platform.
    • Do not offer or request the commission of a deep fake or the creation of any other content solely aimed at misleading others and/or spreading misinformation. 
    • Do not offer or request  any vocal content which in any other way could violate Fiverr’s TOS and/or Community Standards.

    Once an order is delivered and completed, all voice files provided by the client and any resulting voice model must be deleted.

The 3 services within are:

    • VR & Metaverse Avatars: Avatars designed for virtual reality and metaverse platforms.
    • AI Avatars: Tailored avatars for business and professional uses like online chatbots, marketing videos, e-learning.
  • The AI Avatar Design and AI Image Editing subcategories allow clients to leverage AI technology to create engaging, custom-designed avatars and edit images for various applications. These include AI influencers, gaming, virtual assistants, education, e-commerce, and more.
  • The AI Avatar Design subcategory lets clients user the power of AI to create custom-designed, AI avatars for a variety of applications, including AI influencers, gaming, virtual assistants, education, e-commerce, and more. This service includes creating character images, dedicated AI models, unique and branded images, personal generation, and talking avatars with scriptwriting and voice over.
  • AI image Editing services enable the enhancement, modification, and optimization of images using AI tools. This includes background removal, color correction, image restoration, and generating new visual elements.  freelancers must have all the necessary rights to the content they create, including copyrights. By purchasing AI Avatar Design and/or AI Image Editing services, clients agree to adhere to any disclaimer rules mandated by relevant laws and the platform(s) where the content will be posted. Failure to comply with the rules of the platform(s) where the content will be posted is considered a violation of Fiverr's Community Standards.

Before engaging in any of the above described activities, you must make sure you adhere to Fiverr’s policies and to the following guidelines:

  • Creating or using AI-generated videos or images that mimic real people without their consent, particularly for deceptive or malicious purposes.
  • Utilizing images or likenesses of individuals without their explicit permission from the rights owner.
  • Generating or editing images to falsify documents, identities, or any other material used for deceitful purposes.
  • Creating avatars or images that deliberately mislead others about the identity, characteristics, or intentions of the person or entity they represent.
  • Producing AI-generated images or avatars that could cause harm, promote violence, hate speech, violate privacy or other content that violates community standards.
  • Using AI tools to create or alter images in ways that distort reality or spread misinformation, especially in sensitive contexts like news, politics, or public discourse.
