Understanding your privacy options

If you wish to access your personal data, you can submit a request to Customer Support using the 'Contact us' tab at the bottom of the page. Our team will respond with a downloadable link, which will remain active for 48 hours due to security reasons.

If you wish to remove your personal data from Fiverr, you’ll need to deactivate your account via the 'Account settings' page. 

Important: Contact us via the email associated with your Fiverr account, noting your request to be deleted from our servers. 

FAQs: Deleted accounts 

  • No, we cannot retrieve information after an account is deleted.
  • No, we cannot reissue invoices after an account is deleted.
  • While Fiverr deletes account information, it may take Google some time to remove any profile images and other content from search results. A helpful resource is available here to request removal.
     
    Note: This is not related to Fiverr but rather a Google process, and Fiverr is not in a position to address issues that are in Google’s exclusive control.
