1. Can I use the same Shutterstock assets I’ve purchased on one project for future/other projects?
No, the licensed media assets may be used only for the specific project you purchased them for.
2. How do I get the license for the assets I’ve purchased?
Your freelancer will license the media for you once you purchase it. The license confirmation will automatically be sent to you, and can be viewed via the Order Activity tab on the order page.
3. Is there a limit to the number of assets I can purchase at once?
Yes, within each Gig Package, freelancers set the number of assets you can purchase for that Gig.
If you need additional assets for your project, your freelancer can send you a custom offer.
4. What happens to the licensed assets if I cancel an order?
If the order is cancelled or refunded, you, the client, will lose the rights to the media assets.
