ID verified freelancers

As part of our efforts to keep Fiverr a safe place for our community and to conduct business, we often require freelancers to verify their identity. 

Identity verification on Fiverr may be completed by submitting an ID document. In some cases, we may use other methods to verify one’s identity, in addition to or instead of using an ID document (ex. phone verification).

Please be aware that the verification process relies on information provided by the freelancer; therefore, we cannot guarantee that they are who they claim to be or that the data provided by them is accurate. We always encourage and enforce that all communication and transactions remain on Fiverr—this also allows us to support and assist our clients and freelancers.
