What Fiverr Answers is
Fiverr Answers is designed to provide helpful information for clients and freelancers on topics related to professional projects, deliveries, and communication. Questions are generated using AI based on recurring topics across the broader online landscape.
The hub is public, meaning anyone can read the questions and answers. To post an answer, upvote, downvote, or report content, users must be logged in.
Fiverr Answers is not:
- A how-to guide or Help Center replacement.
- A marketing tool for freelancers.
- A forum for creating conversation threads.
Eligibility and access
Participation in Fiverr Answers is invite-only. Only hand-picked freelancers receive invitations to answer questions. If you have not received an invitation, you will not be able to post answers.
Fiverr Answers is available on desktop only. It is not available on iOS or Android.
How questions are assigned
Fiverr posts the questions, and they are assigned to freelancers based on the professional area in which they have their strongest services. Each freelancer can contribute one answer per question, and answers must be at least 30 words long. Freelancers can hide or delete their answers at any time.
Benefits for freelancers
When you answer a question on Fiverr Answers, your username is linked directly to your Fiverr profile. Clients reading your answer can click on your username and be redirected to your profile page. Answers are also indexed by search engines, which means your expertise can reach people searching for answers beyond the Fiverr platform.
Fiverr Answers ranks and badges are displayed on your public Fiverr Answers profile only. They do not appear on your main Fiverr profile page.
Tips from top-tier talent
For users who are not logged into Fiverr and are browsing services, the most popular Fiverr Answers from a given subcategory may appear at the bottom of the search results page. These tips help potential clients understand what to look for in a freelancer or what tools are commonly used for a service. This feature applies to select subcategories only, not all of them. If you would like your tip removed from the search results, contact our Customer Support team.
Content guidelines
All answers must follow the Fiverr Answers Community Guidelines. When posting, keep the following rules in mind:
- AI-generated content is not allowed. If a high percentage of AI is detected in your answer, you may receive an educational warning.
- Links to any other sites, including Fiverr, are not allowed in answers.
- Both questions and answers can be reported by any logged-in user for review.
Warnings issued on your Answers account are educational and have no penalty effect on your Fiverr account or your Answers account standing.
Content moderation
After you submit an answer, it goes through a moderation review before it is published. Moderation is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Reviews may take longer over weekends. If your answer has been pending for an extended period, contact our Customer Support team.
Ranks and badges
When you actively participate on Fiverr Answers, you earn points and unlock recognition through two types of awards: Badges and Ranks. Both are shown on your public profile within Fiverr Answers. To view them, click on your username from any page on the platform.
To improve your rank and earn additional badges, log in regularly and engage with the platform by posting answers, upvoting other users' answers, and participating in discussions.
Ranks are titles tied to your total points that reflect your level of engagement over time.

Your Fiverr Answers account
You sign in to Fiverr Answers using your Fiverr login details. Your Fiverr Answers account is separate from your main Fiverr account. Closing or deleting your Fiverr Answers account will not affect your Fiverr account.
When you sign in to Fiverr Answers, you are automatically added to the Fiverr Answers mailing list. Emails from the platform are sent from noreply@invisioncloudcommunity.com.
Some freelancers may find that a Fiverr Answers account was created on their behalf when they were enrolled in the platform. This is expected behavior and does not affect your Fiverr account in any way.
