Your account balance and billing history page

Invoices are created for all orders made on Fiverr so you can easily track your purchases, cancellations, and deposits. Depending on your country, these invoices can also be used for tax purposes.

To ensure smooth transactions, keep your billing information current and up to date before placing an order.

Getting your invoices

Note: Invoices for purchases made using Fiverr credits exclusively aren’t issued as Fiverr credits are not equivalent to any currency.

All invoices are available on the billing history page. 

• • Filter or search your invoices 
  • Download your invoices individually 
  • Select and download multiple invoices using the checkboxes > Download a CSV report/ zip of PDF files
• • Download invoices securely from your billing history page. For Fiverr Pro, only the account's admin and billing managers have access to the billing history page and are able to download the team's invoices.

Invoices via email

On your billing info page, be sure to mark the checkbox to automatically receive your invoices via email.

Invoices from Customer Support

If your invoice is not available for download, please contact Customer Support using the Contact us tab at the bottom of the page. To make the process more efficient, please supply:

• Your order number/s
• Timeframe; e.g., April 2021
• Your original invoice number

Viewing your account balance 

You can view your Fiverr Balance to view earnings, reimbursements, Fiverr Credits, and more. Your Fiverr Balance is always accessible and is found in the top right corner of your account, right next to your profile picture. 

To see a detailed breakdown of your current balance go to Billing and payments > Available Balances.

Balance explained

Note: This data is updated every few minutes so you can be assured that the data you are seeing is up-to-date.

• • Earnings
    This balance can be withdrawn via your Earnings page or used for purchases.

  • From canceled orders
    This balance is made up of funds returned from canceled orders.

• • Credits are used when paying for purchases
    Check expiry dates so you don't miss out.
    You can also click the Earn Fiverr Credits button to refer a friend to Fiverr, and get credits to buy the freelance services you need. 

  Note: Credits issued by Fiverr (Fiverr Credits) expire following three months from their receipt, and once used, may not be returned to your account even if your order gets canceled.
  Fiverr Credits can only be used to purchase Gigs on Fiverr, and are not eligible to be transferred for withdrawal or a payment provider account. When available, your Fiverr funds and credits will be used as your primary payment method for new orders.
