Now that the AI assistant has gathered your project details and matched you with the most suitable Fiverr expert, you can continue using this integrated, Fiverr-powered chat window to communicate directly about your project. Rest assured, all experts are vetted by Fiverr for their performance and experience.


How does it work?

Within the single chat window, you can:

  • Communicate both with an AI assistant and an expert.
  • Request a different expert by clicking Find new expert at the top of the chat.
  • Schedule a chat meeting with the expert for later if no experts are currently available.
  • Join a Zoom session with the expert.
  • Accept and pay the expert's offer directly.
  • Download your receipt after payment, if needed.
    • The receipt is available for you in the chat window at all times.
  • Review the order delivery and accept it, or request revisions.
  • Leave a private rating for the expert after the order is completed.

Payments and taxes

  • You can pay using your credit/debit card, Amazon Pay, and Cash App.
  • Fiverr’s Payment Terms and general Terms of Service apply by default. Specific provisions regarding cancellations, refunds, and taxes for the Fiverr Embed Program are outlined in this article.
  • You can enter your billing information in the same checkout window if you wish to receive your receipt with the billing information you added.

  • No, neither clients nor freelancers need a Fiverr account to use the Embed feature. The experience takes place in a separately built environment, and you cannot connect it to an existing Fiverr account. You can sign up for a Fiverr account using the same credentials; however, your Fiverr Embed orders will not be linked to it.
  • You'll provide information about your project to the AI assistant within the chat, and based on the details you provide, we’ll match you with a suitable expert from Fiverr.
  • If no experts are available right away, you can schedule a chat meeting with an expert for a later time.
  • Yes! The entire communication process, with both the AI assistant and the expert, takes place within a single chat window. You can also have a Zoom call with the expert to discuss the project
  • You have the option to get matched with a different expert by clicking Find new expert at the top of the chat.
  • You can accept and pay the offer directly within the chat window workflow.
