You are encouraged to:

- Whether the delivery is of good quality, accurate, free from clear mistakes or AI-generated hallucinations, and tailored to the client's specific needs, rather than appearing generic or templated.
- Whether the delivery reflects the freelancer's own professional effort and meaningful input, rather than merely raw AI-generated output.
- Whether both parties communicated professionally and responsively throughout the order.
If we identify a trust breach, including deception about how work was delivered, misrepresentation of AI usage, or failure to meet the platform's quality standards, the order may be cancelled, the client may receive a full refund, and the freelancer's account may be permanently suspended.
