About the Seller Plus program

  1. How can I join the Seller Plus program?
    The program is invite-only, and will only be accessible to you once you have received your personal invitation to participate in Seller Plus.
    There is a limit to the number of sellers that can join the program, so if you did receive an invite and then are notified that the program is full, we will be sure to let you know as soon as an opening becomes available.

  2. What's included in the Seller Plus program?
    The program includes all sorts of benefits and tools to enhance your business growth and opportunities including Advanced Analytics and Buyer activity insights, faster responses from Customer Support, faster Earnings withdrawal, and more!   3. Are there different plans included in the Seller Plus program?
    Yes. Currently, there are two plans in the Seller Plus program—Standard or Premium. Each plan has its own enhanced benefits, like having a dedicated Success Manager.

  4. How do I pay for the Seller Plus program on Fiverr?

    The following will occur when paying for the Seller Plus program:

    1. If you have enough funds on your seller account, the fee will be deducted directly from your balance.
    2. If your balance is insufficient, but there is a credit card or another payment method saved on file (such as PayPal), the fee will be deducted from that saved method instead.

  5. What if there aren’t enough funds in my Fiverr balance?
    If you don't have enough balance or a saved payment method, a Seller Plus debt will be created on your account. The funds will be charged when you have new earnings that clear.

  6. If I leave the program, do I get a refund?
    As sellers are charged on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month, if you wish to leave the program, you will not be charged for it in the following month.
    Note: Program participation is non-refundable.

  7. How long does the Seller Plus program's subscription last?
    Since the program is based on a monthly subscription, sellers can opt out whenever they choose.

  8. How do I cancel my Seller Plus subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time, prior to the next billing date, from your Seller Plus Manage Membership page. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing month.

  9. Why was I removed from the Seller Plus program?
    Fiverr reserves the right to discontinue your participation in the program at any time for any reason, including and without limitation, due to violation of our Terms of Service, and/or low-quality service/deliveries. In such a case, your access to the program will be blocked immediately, your subscription will not be renewed, and you will not get a refund on the current Subscription month.

Success Managers

  1. Can my Success Manager promote my level on Fiverr?
    No, your Success Manager cannot promote or demote you manually, nor can they change any decision made to nominate or demote you.

    While your success managers will be able to guide you through problems and issues you may encounter with your buyers, they will not be able to remove warnings or bad reviews manually, and will not be able to influence the status of an order or make sure it is not counted against you.

    Sellers participating in the program should follow the program’s and Fiverr’s Terms of Service, like any other seller on the Marketplace. The same applies to Trust & Safety and Support-related issues. 

  2.  How many other sellers will my Success Manager be working with?
    In order to provide a highly personalized service, each Success Manager only works with a very limited number of sellers at any given time. For this reason, there is a Seller’s Waiting List to join the Seller Plus program. 

  3. What days and times will my Success Manager be available?
    Your Success Manager will discuss their availability with you during your introductory meeting, but generally, your Success Manager will be available during normal business hours, five days a week. 

  4. How do I contact my Success Manager?

  5. If I receive a dispute on an order, can my Success Manager help?
    While your Success Manager can’t resolve individual order disputes received, they can help escalate your requests to Fiverr’s Customer Support team.
    Before receiving a dispute, your Success Manager will proactively work with you to minimize order disputes and bad feedback risks by coaching you through Fiverr marketplace best practices in your Gig itself and your order communications.

  6. Can my Success Manager help improve my Gig’s position in search results?
    While your Success Manager cannot directly change where your Gig appears in the search position, they’ll share plenty of tips and tricks on how to improve your Gig’s visibility and conversion rates with you.

  7. Can my Seller Success Manager speak to my buyers on my behalf?
    No, your Seller Success Manager can only guide you on your Gigs and communications with Buyers. Direct communication is limited to those involved—your buyer and you.
