Referring friends on Fiverr

Fiverr's referral program lets you invite friends to join Fiverr through your personal referral link. When your friend signs up and completes their first qualifying order, we give your friend a discount on that order and reward you with Fiverr Credits. Referring friends is a simple way to earn credits toward your future orders while introducing people you know to Fiverr.

Before you begin

1. Before you refer a friend, make sure you have an active Fiverr account.
2. Your friends must sign up through your referral link. The referral won't work if your friend already has a Fiverr account or signs up without using the link.
3. You can refer friends from the Fiverr website, iOS app, or Android app.
4. The referral program isn't available to Fiverr Pro clients.

How the referral program works

• When you refer a friend, they receive 10% off their first qualifying order, and you receive a reward once that order is completed. Your friend's first order must total $100 or more to qualify, and they cannot combine the referral discount with a promo code.
• You earn 10% of your friend's order amount in Fiverr Credits, up to $100 per referral. We add the credit to your Fiverr Balance within 24 hours of your friend's order being marked complete. You can earn up to $500 in Fiverr Credits in total through the program.

Fiverr Credits expire three months after we add them to your account. Use your credits before they expire.

If your friend cancels their first order, you do not receive a reward for that order. Your friend must complete a new order for you to earn the credit.

How to use the referral program

• 1. Select your profile picture, then select Refer a friend.
  2. On the referral page, enter your friend's email address, or copy your personal referral link.
  3. Share the referral link through email, social media, or another channel.
• 1. Your friend signs up for Fiverr using your referral link. Their account links to yours only if they sign up this way.
  2. Your friend places a first order of $100 or more. We apply the 10% discount automatically at checkout.
  3. Your friend completes the order without using a promo code, since they can't combine the referral discount with a promo code.

Troubleshooting

• If your friend's account doesn't link to yours, confirm they signed up using your referral link and not another method. We cannot add or change this association after signup.
• If your friend's order is canceled, you will not receive a reward for that order. Ask your friend to complete a new order so you can earn the credit.
