Seller Dashboard on the mobile app

You can manage your Fiverr-related tasks from your home screen, which is also known as the Dashboard
 

Top of Dashboard

The top section contains the following information:

Seller Level This shows your current level.
Next Evaluation This shows the date of your next evaluation.
Note: Seller accounts are evaluated on the 15th of every month.
Response Time Tracks how quickly you respond to the first inbox message from a potential buyer within 24 hours of receiving that message.
Positive Rate This shows your overall seller rating displayed by percentage.
Response Rate This shows the percentage of inquiries you responded to in the last 60 days.
Order Completion This shows the percentage of orders you completed over the last 60 days
On-Time Delivery Shows the overall percentage of orders delivered on-time (over the last 60 days).

 

Next level requirements

In the Next level requirements section, you can view the requirements needed to get to the next level.
To move to another level, each threshold has to be at 100% of whatever that level requires.

For example: If a Level 1 Seller wants to move up to be a Level 2 Seller, Selling Seniority has to be at 120/120.
The other thresholds have to be met in order to continue moving up to the next levels.

 

You can also see a summary of the following:

Personal Balance This shows your Fiverr balance, which may be used for purchases on Fiverr.
Active Orders This shows the total amount of money from active and delivered orders.
For example: If you have an active order of $5, and delivered a separate order for $10, then your Active Orders will be $15.
Pending Clearance This shows the money you will receive after the 14-day waiting period.
Note: The clearance period is 7 days for Top Rated Sellers. 
Canceled Orders This shows your canceled orders by percentage.


To-Dos

In the To-Dos section you can view Unread Messages, Late Delivery, Upcoming Deliveries, Requests for Revisions, and New Orders.

 

My Gigs

In the My Gigs section, you can view:

Views These are the number of page views on the actual Gig page.
Impressions These are the number of times your Gig appeared in the thumbnails (on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page).
Social Clicks This is the number of clicks on social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Clicks These are clicks from impressions or the number of clicks after a user saw it once on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page.
Conversion This is the total number of orders resulting from clicks after views.
