Using Notifications on the mobile app

Your inbox is where you receive messages regarding your Gigs (as a seller) or from your sellers (as a buyer). You can label your messages, star them, archive, delete or block the other user.

 

To perform actions in your inbox:

  1. From the main menu, go to the inbox.
  2. A list of inbox conversations is displayed. To view a specific conversation, click it.

When clicking the filter icon on the top right of your screen, you will see the following options:

  • All: To see all conversations
  • Unread: To see all unread conversations in your view. This is also available within individual messages
  • Starred: To see all conversations you marked with a star
    To mark an important conversation (Star), click the Star icon next to it. This is also available within individual messages.
  • Archived: To see all archived conversations in your view
    To move conversations to the archive, long tap the email(s), and select Archive. This is also available within individual messages. 
  • Spam: Here, you can view conversations that were flagged as spam
  • Custom offers: To see a view of all conversations in which you sent a custom offer
  • Nudge: By selecting one or more conversations, you can click Change labels, and then create a Nudge label to help you keep track of your communications. You can click Nudge to filter and see a list of all conversations you have marked with this label
  • Follow-up: By selecting one or more conversations, you can click Change labels, and then create a follow-up label to help you keep track of your communications. Click Follow-up to filter and see a list of all conversations you have to follow up on

Within each email, you can click on the top 3 dots to:

  • Delete
  • Archive
  • Star
  • Mark unread
  • Block user
  • Labels/Conversation(s): You can give your email a specific label by selecting from the drop-down list.

Note: Once you click on a message from a user, you can see the user's status at the top of the screen (i.e., online or away).
