Using your inbox on the mobile app

Your inbox is where you receive messages regarding your Gigs. You can archive old messages and view conversation threads between buyers and sellers. Links to your previous history with users are provided for your convenience.
 
To perform actions in your inbox:
  1. From the main menu, go to the inbox.
  2. A list of inbox message previews is displayed. To view a specific message, click it.
When clicking the filter icon on the top right of your screen, you will see the following options:
  • All: To see all emails.
  • Unread: To see all unread emails in your view. This is also available within individual messages.
  • Starred: To see all emails you marked with a star.
    To mark an important email (Star), click the
    Star icon next to the email. This is also available within individual messages.
  • Archived: To see all archived emails in your view.
    To move emails to the archive, long tap the email(s), and select Archive
    . This is also available within individual messages.
  • Spam: Here, you can view conversations that were flagged as spam.
  • Sent: To see all the emails you have sent or replied to.
  • Custom Offers: To see a view of all email conversations in which you sent a custom offer.
  • Nudge: By selecting one or more emails, you can click Change labels, and then create a Nudge label to help you keep track of your communications. You can click Nudge to filter and see a list of all emails you have marked with this label.
  • Follow-up: By selecting one or more emails, you can click Change labels, and then create a follow-up label to help you keep track of your communications. Click Follow-up to filter and see a list of all emails you have to follow up on.
Within each email, you can click on the top 3 dots to:
  • Delete
  • Archive
  • Star
  • Mark unread
  • Block user
  • Labels/Conversation(s): You can give your email a specific label by selecting from the drop-down list.

Note: Once you click on a message from a user, you can see the user's status at the top of the screen (i.e., online or away).
