My contacts enables you to keep in touch with Fiverr users you have interacted with in the past. Your contact lists display the key interactions between you and your contact, the number of completed orders, the amount spent, when the last order was made, and a link to your Inbox conversation. As most buyers on Fiverr are repeat customers, we recommend reaching out to one or two buyers periodically. Let your previous buyers know that you appreciate their business and are available if they should require anything in the future. Keeping the line of communication open and friendly only betters your opportunity for future work.
Note: This tool should not be used for sending mass messages or offers to users. This is considered spam and can lead to an account warning.
To access my contacts:

In the Selling menu, click on Growth & Marketing. Then, select Contacts.

Select My buyers to view the list of your previous buyers.
In the contacts list, you can see:
- Buyer name
- Completed orders
- Amount spent
- Last order
- Chat bubble: When you click on it you will be redirected to the last comment in your conversation with your buyer.
- Send offer: By clicking on create an offer, you can create a custom offer for your buyers.
