Creating and managing custom offers

Custom offers let you proactively propose personalized services and unique pricing to potential clients, helping you grow your business.

Feature functionality

Custom offers are a tool for freelancers to provide tailored solutions that may not be covered by standard Gigs. They help you build trust, adapt to specific client needs, and increase your conversion rate by offering a professional, transparent approach to handling a variety of project types.

Custom offers can be sent through your inbox on the desktop site or the mobile app. Once a client accepts your offer, the order starts automatically.

  • All freelancers with an active Gig can send custom offers.
  • Milestone and subscription custom offers are only available in specific categories.
  • Clients cannot accept a custom offer if your status is set to Unavailable.

Ensure you have no pending offers before setting your account status to Unavailable, as clients can still pay for pending custom offers while you are away.
