Withdraw your earnings

How it works

When clients make orders, they pay Fiverr. Once that order is completed, 80% of the funds are applied to your account. The funds remain under a "pending" status for either a 7-day or 14-day clearing period depending on your level status. This timeline is for financial processing and client satisfaction guarantee. When the funds are marked "cleared," they are available for withdrawal.

Things to remember when withdrawing your funds:

    • It can take up to 12 additional hours for the funds to appear as cleared. 
    • Top Rated, Seller Plus Premium freelancers, and Pro freelancers have a 7-day clearing period.
    • Withdrawal options may vary depending on the freelancer's country. For example, PayPal is not available in Pakistan or Bangladesh.
    • Withdrawals may be processed once every 24 hours with a limit of $5k
    • You can adjust the withdrawal amount by clicking the pencil icon next to it.
    • If you change your withdrawal method, there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before you can withdraw again.
    • If you change your registered phone number, there is a mandatory 48-hour waiting period before you can withdraw again.

Withdrawing your earnings and payout methods

    1. The 'Withdraw Balance' button can be accessed on the 'Earnings' page.
      In the 'Available Funds' tab, you will see the amount available for you to withdraw and the 'Withdraw balance' button below it.

    2. When you click to withdraw, a popup appears on the earnings page, allowing you to choose the withdrawal method and confirm the action.
      Note: Certain options are only available to some freelancers and/or locations.

    3. Once you've selected your method, and you are confirming the withdrawal, you will be sent a code automatically to your registered phone.

  • You can modify (currency or account) or remove your PayPal and Payoneer payout methods on the 'Earnings' page.

    Only one Payoneer withdrawal method (Fiverr Revenue Card, Payoneer Account, Direct Deposit, or Local Bank Transfer) is allowed per account. You will need to choose one and remove the rest.

    Add or change your payout method: 

    1. Go to 'My business' and select 'Earnings'.

    2. In the 'Available funds' section, click 'Manage payout methods' or the 'Withdraw balance' button, then 'Manage payout methods' again. Here, you can add or manage your payout methods: Paypal, Fiverr Revenue Card, Bank Transfer, Payoneer Account.

    3. Select the option you'd like to use.



    4. Follow the instructions to set up your withdrawal method and initiate your first withdrawal.

    Note: If you change your withdrawal method, there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period before you can withdraw again.

Currency considerations

Currency conversion fees apply and additional charges may be added by your bank or payment provider.

  • You'll be asked to confirm the withdrawal currency and amount. This amount includes the conversion fees and, as a result, the amount may appear to be less. This is because it's the exact amount sent to your withdrawal account (non-USD)—after the conversion fees have been applied.
  • You can update your currency from 'Settings' via the confirmation window.

    Note: Users in Malaysia cannot withdraw in their local currency due to local regulations.
  • If you currently receive funds in USD to your Fiverr Revenue Card or Payoneer account and wish to switch to EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, or ILS, you must register again, rather than connecting your existing payout method.

FAQs

  • All Fiverr balances are derived from the US Dollar value, including your revenues. Although you may see your overall account balance (next to your profile picture) in your local currency, your Revenues page will always show the US dollar amount, since the only currency within the Fiverr system is US dollars.

    Remember: When viewing or withdrawing in your local currency, you may see daily changes due to exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees. You always have the option to withdraw in USD.
  • If you are withdrawing to PayPal, remember that some regions are limited from receiving payments to PayPal accounts.
    Contact PayPal to check if your account can accept funds from Fiverr or whether your PayPal account has any limitations. Also, make sure that your account is verified with PayPal. Once you have resolved this with PayPal, contact us again, and we will look into this further for you.
     
    Note: Withdrawals are final and can't be undone. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begun.
  • All withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. If the funds were already refunded, we recommend contacting our Customer Support to look into the status of your funds.
