What is Fiverr Go?

Fiverr Go is an AI-powered personal assistant designed to improve communication and streamline the experience for both clients and freelancers on the platform.

For clients, the assistant ensures fast, consistent, and informative responses—even when the freelancer is away.

For freelancers, Fiverr Go acts as a smart extension of your business, helping manage inquiries, provide accurate information about your services, and maintain client engagement. Trained using your profile, past communications, and offerings, this assistant helps keep conversations moving—without replacing your personal touch.

For clients

1. You can start chatting with the Personal Assistant through various entry points, including the Gig/Profession page or the freelancer/agency page.
2. You will be informed that you are engaging with an AI tool. Your communications with the AI Personal Assistant will feature a "Powered by AI" badge as well as distinct indicators for the assistant's avatar and name in the inbox.
3. To start your chat, click on the chat bubble or use the “Contact me” button within the page to open the Personal Assistant. Once the conversation opens, the Personal Assistant will introduce itself.

For freelancers

Freelancers can communicate more effectively with a Personal Assistant that can manage pre-order communication with clients, trained on their communication history and offers.

1. Open the Fiverr Go hub to train your Personal Assistant.

2. In the “Hub” tab you’ll see all the available AI tools based on your eligibility.

   1. My Personal Assistant section- train, activate, and customize your Personal Assistant. 

      1. Click "Learn how it works" to watch a short tutorial.

      2. Click "Try me" to get started.

      3. After training, use the ellipsis (...) next to the model’s name to download the intro video, pause the personal assistant, or change the settings.

      4. Use the ellipsis (...) at the top right corner to manage your subscription.

3. Use the other tabs the same as clients.
