What is an AI Personal Assistant?
This AI-powered Personal Assistant learns from freelancers' past communications, services, and profile information to provide intelligent communication. It ensures clients receive prompt attention, even when the freelancer is unavailable.

How it works
You can start chatting with the Personal Assistant through various entry points, including the Gig/Profession page or the freelancer/agency page.
You will be informed that you are engaging with an AI tool. Your communications with the AI Personal Assistant will feature a "Powered by AI" badge as well as distinct indicators for the assistant's avatar and name in the inbox.
To start your chat, click on the chat bubble or use the “Contact me” button within the page to open the Personal Assistant. Once the conversation opens, the Personal Assistant will introduce itself.

You can ask the Personal Assistant directly any questions about the freelancer’s work (portfolio, services, reviews, etc.). The responses you receive are gathered from the freelancer's past communications and replies ensuring a straightforward understanding.
Examples:

To see the freelancer's previous work, simply ask, and their portfolio will be displayed.

Inquire about the freelancer's packages to view all available options. Select the expand icon for detailed information.

To read what others have said, ask to see the freelancer's reviews. Highlighted reviews will be shown, with an option to view more.

If you have a specific request, the Personal Assistant may suggest other relevant options, such as booking a consultation.
- The Personal Assistant can transfer you directly to the freelancer (if available) by asking to speak with them at any time during the conversation. No need to start over! The freelancer will be notified of any previous conversations with the PA in a summary.
- The calculator tool in the Personal Assistant's packages widget allows you to calculate your project’s pricing based on your specific needs.

The Personal Assistant cannot analyze files, but can pass the files to the freelancer for reference.

You will be able to send only one message at a time. There is a max of 2,500 characters in the text field.

Changes to freelancer packages may take up to 24 hours to be reflected.
