Fiverr Go - AI Creation Model for freelancers

Fiverr Go empowers freelancers to create and train an AI creation model using their own assets (images, texts, or audio files). Once trained, the model automatically generates client content in the freelancer's signature style or voice. This provides freelancers with the potential to increase their order volume on Fiverr by generating deliverables faster, in their established style and without their direct involvement.

How it works

      1. Freelancers should open Fiverr Go through the dedicated header under "My Business" to start building AI creation models and manage existing models.

      2. Fiverr Go will give freelancers access to all AI tools- the AI creation model and the AI Personal Assistant.
      3. Click ‘My Creation Model’ to start building the AI creation model.

The AI creation models will generate assets for clients in the freelancer’s unique style in the form of watermarked drafts, which they can later purchase and fully download. Clients may also request edits. To enable clients to do so, the freelancers must train the model using previous work (deliveries). The freelancer can create and manage their AI creation models via the AI hub, accessible through their freelancer dashboard.

      1. To create a new model, freelancers need to choose a category (based on their existing Gigs).
      2. The next step is to choose files from their work samples, portfolio, and uploaded files they choose for their model to train on. (Each model should have one unique style, tone of voice, and genre).
      3. Once the model is trained, open the playground to create with it.
      4. Set your pricing.
      5. To publish the model, freelancers must subscribe to the feature.

Once active, freelancers can see what clients purchased from their model in the creations.

Setting up your creation model

To set up your creation model:

      • Choose assets from your portfolio, public work samples from your past clients, or upload files to train the model. The assets you choose should represent your unique style and the type of work you want the AI Creation Model to produce.
For more information on which assets can be used for training, see “Data & IP” below.

Note: For audio files, the minimum file duration is 10 seconds, and for voice-over files, it’s 30 seconds. The system will notify you if assets are low resolution or inconsistent in style.
      • For 'Text', set clear instructions on what makes your work unique so the model understands your creative approach.
      • For 'Voice Over and Audio': Label assets with style, content type, and relevant details. Tags can be added or removed as needed.
      • If you make changes to your assets, you should retrain the model to save these changes and ensure the model is up to date. Retraining can take seconds to minutes. You are allowed 2 trains per model prior to subscribing and 2 trains per model each month after subscribing.
      • You can manage your model at any time. When accessing your model, you can see your playground, price, and creations. You also have settings where your client will be able to meet your model (Gigs and profile).

Note: Your training counters renew monthly from your subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on February 18th, your counters will reset on March 18th.

Subscription payment and management

The AI creation model operates on a monthly subscription of $25. To begin, your initial payment will be processed via credit card or PayPal. Subsequently, we will automatically deduct future payments from your available account balance. If your balance is insufficient, we will charge you directly. You won't need to manually update your payment method in your subscription settings; this process is fully automated.

Cancel subscription

      • The subscription will end at the end of your billing cycle.
      • Freelancers can cancel their Fiverr Go subscription at any time by visiting the ‘Manage subscription’ page. Their Fiverr Go features will remain active until the end of their current billing cycle. After the subscription ends, freelancers will still have access to past order information. However, they will no longer be able to use AI-related functionality, such as training, generating outputs, or the assistant’s automatic replies.
      • After cancellation, the freelancer can only access past order information and generated assets.

For more information about the model subscription, please refer to Fiverr’s Seller Programs Terms of Service.

Creation model

    • Freelancers can create unlimited models but only have 3 active models at any time.
    • Images and files: 'All' only includes up to the last 100 work samples (or deliveries).
    • Freelancers will have two retrains per model per month. They may choose different assets to update the model results (except for the Voice Over category, which will be limited to 3 retrains).
    • Freelancers must generate at least one asset in the playground in order to publish a model.
    • The models will be created per subcategory.
    • The model name will be added automatically and will be based on the subcategory. The name will be created once the model starts training.
    • Fully AI-generated downloads, including when an edit was included in the initial price, will not affect the following:

      • Success Score
      • Order completion rate
    • Fully AI-generated downloads with edits will only affect:

      • Rating and reviews (Clients will have the option to leave a rating/review once they approve the final delivery.)
    • All output assets are watermarked. This means that the client cannot download the final file until they approve the delivery and complete the payment.
    • Subscribers using their own models to generate deliveries would not have watermarks.

Tip: To report any issues or concerns regarding the AI creation model, please click the "Report an issue" button within the AI Hub.

Pricing

  • The freelancer will price their model’s generations with one edit included.
  • The pricing factors are based on the type of deliverable.

    • The freelancer will need to set the relevant pricing factor:

      • Price per unit (1 Logo design + 1 edit)

      • Price for base+increments (100 translated words + 1 edit, or, 200 translated words + 1 edit)

For example, the price per 30 seconds and for any additional 10 seconds.

Revisions

Each AI model will offer two options for the client to choose from:

  • The client can contact the freelancer and the freelancer can decide to continue with a custom offer.
  • Immediate download of the assets, which includes the option to ask one revision within 24 hours after download.

Freelancers are unable to receive the source file of AI-generated assets.

Refunds

Full refunds are not available for AI-generated assets, including in case that a revision was included in the price. Partial refunds may be issued by the freelancer through the Resolution Center for orders that include other work beyond the AI generation.

Best practices

To deliver high-quality, impactful models, attention to detail and optimized performance are essential. These best practices will guide you in enhancing both output and clarity.

    • Maintain style consistency – Upload images with a similar style, tone, and technique (e.g., color palette, brushwork, shading, subject matter) for cohesive results:

      • Incorporate variety: It is recommended to include diversity by featuring a mix of objects, elements, and variations within the style to enhance versatility.

      • Separate color and monochrome: Using distinct models for black-and-white and color images improves consistency.

    • Minimize text – Models perform better when images contain little to no text, allowing the model to focus on visual elements.

    • Sufficient quantity – The more images you provide (10-50), the better your model's performance will likely be.

    • Images:

      • Dimensions: Square images work best, as training automatically crops them to square.

      • Quality: Use sharp, high-resolution images (1024x1024 pixels recommended) that are clear and non-blurry.

    • Avoid watermarked assets – The model may interpret watermarks as part of the style.

    • Copyright compliance – Only upload images that you have personally designed or created.

    • Optimal length – Recordings should be at least 30 seconds, with 1 minute being ideal.

    • Eliminate background noise – Avoid music, white noise, or any distractions to ensure a clean, professional-quality recording.

    • Reflect the right tone – Clearly convey the intended mood, whether it's professional, energetic, calm, or authoritative.

    • Use a single voice – Recordings should feature only one person to maintain clarity and consistency.

    • Optimal length – Recordings should be at least 30 seconds, with 1 minute being ideal.

    • High Sound Resolution – Ensure clear, high-quality audio.

    • Include Both Voice & Music – At least one asset should feature your voice, and at least one should include your music.

    • Genre Consistency – Keep all elements within the same genre for a cohesive sound.

Data & IP

  • Fiverr GO is designed to safeguard freelancers' creativity and ensure they benefit from their work. Therefore, freelancers own their AI Creation Models and control how they are trained and used. Fiverr will not use your data to train Fiverr's AI. Fiverr doesn’t own it, and no other users can access it.
  • Freelancers must make sure all the content used to train the model is their original work, does not infringe on any third-party rights, complies with applicable laws, and Fiverr’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.
If you find content that violates intellectual property rights, you can contact Customer Support.
  • When a client purchases a delivery through Fiverr Go, they receive ownership of the final AI-generated delivery, subject to Fiverr’s Terms of Service. While freelancers own their AI Creation Models and control how they are trained and used, the AI delivery created and delivered to a client belongs to the client. If clients contribute their AI generated delivery by allowing it to be publicly visible, you may use it to train your AI Creation models.
  • Due to the nature of AI-generated content, exclusivity in AI deliveries is not guaranteed. While freelancers train their AI Creation Models on their own styles, similar results may be generated for other users.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the AI-generated delivery does not infringe any third party rights and complies with applicable laws (including copyright and trademark laws).
