Fiverr Go - Generate with AI models

Fiverr Go enables users to generate assets in a freelancer's unique style without direct communication. These assets are deliverables created by an AI creative model. This AI model offers a generative chat experience where clients provide prompts detailing their needs and vision. The AI creative model, specific to the freelancer, then generates customized assets. If the provided information is insufficient, the chat will prompt the client with clarifying questions until an asset is ready for download.

How it works

With the freelancer's AI Creation Model, you can generate assets according to your unique project needs based on the AI Creation Model's capabilities and the freelancer’s expertise and style. You can instantly pay and download these assets, or ask the freelancer for an additional edit according to what they offer. You can also contact the freelancer with the asset being a starting point for a conversation, asking the freelancer for a custom offer if additional work is needed.

You can access the AI model via multiple entry points:

• • Registered users will find a "Fiverr Go" link in the header.
  • Guests will find it in the "Explore" menu in the header.

• Click the category and subcategory filters to browse the catalog, or use the search box to enter your query.

  • Toggle to filter only freelancers who offer AI models

  Tip: You will see a special badge on Gigs that offer these models.

AI Creation Model

1. 1. Once you select a Gig or a freelancer you’d like to work with, start your conversation in the AI playground (main environment).

      • • For the initial conversation with no prior communication, the AI will prompt you to start the chat.

        • If you’ve communicated with the model before, the conversation will begin with the relevant context.
          
          
          

   2. Chat with the freelancer.
      • • Chats enable users to write their detailed prompts or delivery requirements.

        • The system will only allow plain text, not formatted or written in code, and no emojis. 

        • If the user navigates away and returns later, the draft message will be saved in the prompt box. This is only possible when returning to the same device.

        • Users can access all of the chat history in the activity tab collapsible chat.

Generating Assets 

We provide clients the ability to independently generate assets using the AI creation model. In the event that a client is unable to generate assets, a message will appear letting the client know to return the next day as they have reached their daily limit. 

Note: Clients will have a daily limit of attempts to generate assets.

Receiving your deliverables

1. You will receive the drafts with watermarks and partially blurred text when applicable.

   1. You can download the delivery or invoke your right for one revision by the freelancer.

   2. You can keep generating until you want an order or a custom offer. 

   3. You can contact the freelancer.

• 1. An order page is created. 

  2. The asset will be available for immediate download. 

  3. You will have 24 hours to ask for an edit, before the order is marked as “complete”. 

     1. If you request a revision, the status changes to “edit in progress”.

  4. The freelancer will receive the delivery file and a summary of the request.

  2. The freelancer sends you a custom offer. 

  3. The order will begin only when an order is paid for. 

  4. An order page is created, where you can continue to work on the order.

• 1. You can set your delivery to be visible as a work sample in the freelancer’s portfolio and to other users.
     
     
  2. If you do not update your visibility preference, the delivery will be considered public once the order is marked as complete (24 hours after purchase). If you wish to remove a public work sample, you can contact Fiverr’s Customer Support.

Limit for using Fiverr Go

Fiverr Go offers a free daily limit for generating assets using any freelancer's AI Creation Model. The exact amount depends on various factors, including engagement and purchasing history. Once you reach your daily limit, you’ll be notified. Within this free limit, you can explore and create as much as you’d like. If you're happy with the results, you can purchase the generated delivery, you can request your included revision defined by the freelancer or take it to the freelancer for supplemental edits and customization by asking for a custom offer.

Before you purchase, the display will show the different pricing options. All of the downloadable assets come included with one edit from the freelancer:

• Instantly download your image in its current format
• Upgrade to a higher resolution

FAQs

• A prompt is a request or instruction that a freelancer or client inputs to the AI Creation Model or Personal Assistant.
  
  For example: “Generate a cartoon-style illustration of a cat,” or “Provide more details about pricing.”
• When you purchase a delivery through Fiverr Go, you receive ownership of the final AI-generated delivery, in accordance with Fiverr’s Terms of Service.

  If you contribute content by allowing your work to be publicly visible, freelancers may use it to train their AI Creation Models.

  Due to the nature of AI-generated content, exclusivity in AI delivery is not guaranteed. While freelancers train their AI Creation Models on their own styles, similar results may be generated for different users. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the AI-generated delivery does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws (including copyright and trademark laws).

• You can see the full delivery for models that include images and audio, but a watermark will be in place. With text deliveries, the text will remain partially hidden to prevent download. This barrier is in place to ensure that the client cannot use the freelancer's model before they have received payment and to prevent misuse.

  It is important to emphasize that any attempts to circumvent these restrictions and use a creation without downloading or paying for it would be viewed as a violation of Fiverr’s Terms and may result in enforcement action.

• To report any issues or feedback regarding Go that you encounter before purchasing an asset or requesting an edit from the freelancer can be directed to our Customer Support team.
  Similarly, once a freelancer is involved via the edit process, if there are any disputes to be resolved, the process with Support will remain the same via the resolution center.
• Please note that the AI model must comply with Fiverr's Terms of Service and Community Standards, and we are constantly making efforts to ensure accurate and compliant communication.
