This tool will allow you to send follow-up messages to recent clients. It is designed to build trust and commitment with your customers, leading to more repeat orders.

In order for a seller to send a follow-up message to a client, the following conditions must be met:
- The client must have placed an order with the seller in the past 60 days.
- The seller did not send the client a follow-up message using this tool since the client's last order.
- The client may not have any active coupons from the seller.
- The client did not unsubscribe from receiving follow-up messages.
You will be able to choose from two kinds of follow-up messages:
- Re-order message: This message is sent to clients who are likely to order the same service again soon.
- Offer other Gigs message: This message is sent to clients who are not likely to order the same service again soon, but who may be interested in other services you offer.
How it works
All of the follow-up messages that you send, regardless of the type of message, will be displayed in your inbox. This will make it easier for you to keep track of your follow-up messages and see who you have sent messages to and when.
Here is what you will need to do:
- Navigate to "Growth & Marketing" and select "Marketing tools."
- Under 'Follow-up messages', click "Send a message."
- Next, choose the clients from the list who will receive your follow-up message.

Then, add your message. Choose the message type: Re-order or Offer other Gigs.
- To use the "Reorder" feature: You must offer all last ordered gigs by the selected clients.
- To use the "Offer other Gigs" feature: You must have more than one active gig.
- After selecting your follow-up message type and adding your message, review and send. The client will receive the new message in their inbox.
- A 'Follow-up details' window will appear, displaying a default message with information such as: Date sent, message type, recipients, orders, and your message.
Note: You can customize this message to be more personal or tailored to your specific needs. - After you send the message, the client will get a notification in their inbox, where they can decide whether to move forward with the order.
FAQs
- If you are subscribed to the Standard tier, you will be allowed to send 10 messages per month. If you are subscribed to the Premium tier, you will be allowed to send 20 messages per month. Your messaging quota will reset per billing cycle, so try and use all of them each month!
- Unlike regular bulk messages, follow-up messages are approved by Fiverr and are not considered spam. Clients can opt out of receiving follow-up messages, but this is not considered as spam by Fiverr. To avoid clients unsubscribing, sellers should only send follow-up messages to clients who have had a good experience with them and are likely to be interested in receiving the message.
- You can select up to 3 Gigs to offer in your message.
- Clients receiving a reorder message will see the last Gig they ordered from you.
