Payoneer lets you withdraw your Fiverr earnings directly to your local bank account or to your Payoneer balance. You can only have one active Payoneer method linked to your account at a time, so pick the option that works best for you before you start. Learn more about Payoneer on Payoneer.com.
Before you begin
- You can only have one active Payoneer method at a time (Bank Transfer via Payoneer, Payoneer Account, or the Fiverr Revenue Card).
- After you add or change a Payoneer withdrawal method, you need to wait 24 hours before you can withdraw. This wait protects your account.
- Payoneer availability depends on your country. Check with Payoneer to confirm coverage in your area.
- You can only link a withdrawal method to one Fiverr account.

Fiverr Revenue Card
We discontinued the Fiverr Revenue Card in December 2022. New users cannot sign up, but existing cardholders can continue using their card.
Setting up your Payoneer withdrawal method
The same flow applies whether you choose Bank Transfer or Payoneer Account. You pick the specific method in step 4.
- On your Earnings page, select Withdraw balance or Manage payout methods.
- Select Add payout method.
- Verify your identity via phone verification.
- Select the Payoneer option you want (Bank Transfer or Payoneer Account).
- Choose the currency you want to withdraw in and select Save. Your currency choice is permanent once you save it.
- Check your inbox for an email to complete the setup.
- Open the link in the email to reach the Payoneer landing page, then select Get started.
- If you already have a Payoneer account, log in. If not, complete the registration to create a new account.
- You receive a confirmation once your Payoneer application is submitted.

Currency selection
Your currency choice is permanent once you save it. To change the currency later, you need to remove the method and add it again with the new currency.
Troubleshooting
If something goes wrong when setting up or using Payoneer, try these first.
- Remove the account and add it again.
- Check your spam or junk folder. Delete previous Payoneer emails from your inbox, then request the email again. If you still do not receive it, contact Customer Support.
- Allow the standard transfer time for your method. Bank Transfer takes one to seven business days depending on the currency type. If funds have not arrived after the expected transfer time, contact Customer Support.

- No. You should only use a Payoneer account registered in your own name. Linking your Fiverr account to a Payoneer account already used by another Fiverr user puts your account at risk, and we may block your account without the option for review.
- Bank Transfer (via Payoneer) sends funds directly to your local bank account. Payoneer Account transfers funds to your Payoneer balance, which you can then use or transfer from within Payoneer.
- Yes, but you need to remove the current method and add it again with your preferred currency. Your currency choice is permanent once you save it.
- Application times vary. If your application has been pending for more than 24 hours, remove the account and add it again. If the issue continues, contact Customer Support.
