Withdraw your cleared earnings to your Payoneer account. Let's review how to set up your Payoneer Account for withdrawals and how to update your account (if relevant to you).

Set up your Payoneer account

To set up your Payoneer account payout method:

1. Log in > Switch to selling > My Business > Earnings.
   
   
2. Click Manage payout methods.
   
   
3. Verify it’s you > Choose your preferred verification method (SMS/Call).
   Note: This step is required when you haven’t added a payout method in the past.

4. Select Payoneer account as your payout method of choice and set your preferred currency.
   
   
5. Redirect to email > Click the link received to sign up or log into your Payoneer account, and to connect it to Fiverr.

Important things to know

1. Any funds withdrawn with the Payoneer Account payout method will be sent directly to your Payoneer Balance (similar to how PayPal works).
2. You can only have one active Payoneer payout method at a time.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is $7 (USD). 
4. There is a $3 (USD) withdrawal fee. 
5. Your payment processor may apply extra fees, and transfers may take up to 2 business day.
6. Withdrawals in any currency other than USD will include currency conversion fees.
7. This payout method is not available to users in Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan.

1. Where can I view my payment & transaction history?
   Payoneer's Activity menu stores all this information, and you can see all your withdrawals from Fiverr on your earnings page.

2. Can I withdraw to my local bank after the funds arrive in my Payoneer balance?
   Yes, you should be able to via Payoneer’s withdrawal tools.
   Note: This payout method sends your funds directly to your Payoneer Balance on Payoneer, not to your bank account. It may take up to 2 business days to see the funds in your Payoneer Balance account.
   
   If you’re having trouble with withdrawing from your Payoneer Balance to your bank account, please contact Payoneer Support directly.

3. Where can I view reports of my payment status?
   Find this info in Payoneer's Transactions menu—under Activity.
