Fiverr's Payoneer payout method transfers your available funds to your Payoneer balance, allowing you to withdraw your earnings directly. Follow these steps to set up or update your Payoneer account for withdrawals.

Setting up your Payoneer account

To set up your payoneer payout account:

  1. Navigate to 'My business', then select 'Earnings'.
  2. Click 'Manage payout methods'.
  3. Verify your identity by selecting your preferred verification method (SMS or Call). This step is required for first-time payout method setup.
  4. Select 'Payoneer account' as your preferred payout method and set your currency.
  5. You will be redirected to an email. Click the link to sign up or log in to your Payoneer account and connect it to Fiverr.
    • Any funds withdrawn with the Payoneer Account payout method will be sent directly to your Payoneer Balance (similar to how PayPal works).    
    • You can only have one active Payoneer payout method at a time.    
    • The minimum withdrawal amount is $7 (USD).     
    • There is a $3 (USD) withdrawal fee.    
    • Your payment processor may apply extra fees, and transfers may take up to 2 business day.  
    • Withdrawals in any currency other than USD will include currency conversion fees.     
    • This payout method is not available to users in Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan.

  • Yes, you should be able to do so via Payoneer's withdrawal tools. Remember, the initial transfer is to your Payoneer balance, which can take up to 2 business days. If you encounter issues withdrawing from your Payoneer balance to your bank account, reach out to Payoneer Support. They might ask for bank statements or a recent voided check.
