Fiverr keeps a record of every transaction so you can track your payments, cancellations, and deposits in one place. Your billing history page lets you view and download invoices, and your Fiverr Balance gives you a clear picture of your earnings, reimbursements, and Fiverr Credits.

Before you begin

  1. For Fiverr Pro accounts, only the account admin and billing managers can access the billing history page and download invoices.

  2. Invoices are not issued for orders paid exclusively with Fiverr Credits, as Fiverr Credits are not equivalent to any currency.

Getting your invoices

All invoices are available on your billing history page. You can view, filter, and download them at any time.

How to view your invoices

  1. Go to your Profile picture.

  2. Select Billing and payments.

  4. Filter or search your invoices.

  5. Select invoices using the checkboxes.

  6. Choose Download a CSV report or a zip of PDF files to download multiple invoices. You can also download invoices individually.

Invoices via email

\n

To receive invoices by email, select the checkbox at the bottom of the page. If you want invoices sent to a different email address than the one registered on your account, a new field appears where you can enter the preferred address.

If an invoice is not available for download, contact customer support using the Contact us tab. To help process your request, provide:

If you are using a Pro account and you are not the admin or billing manager of your account, you will not have access to the invoice or invoice number. The admin or billing manager must contact customer support directly using the Contact us tab.

Adding your billing information

To receive invoices with your business or personal billing information, complete the details under the Billing information tab. Keeping this information current ensures your invoices reflect the correct details for your account or business.

Billing information is visible only to the account admin and billing manager. This information is used to create invoices for orders made with the Pro saved payment method, and it is sent to the admin's registered email address.

Your Fiverr Balance

Your Fiverr Balance is always visible at the top of your account, next to your profile picture. Use it to track earnings, reimbursements, Fiverr Credits, and more.

To see a detailed breakdown, go to Profile picture > Billing and payments > Available Balances.

Balance data is updated every few minutes to keep the information current. Your balance includes the following:

Fiverr Credits expire three months from the date they are received. Once used, credits may not be returned to your account even if your order is canceled. Fiverr Credits can only be used to order Gigs on Fiverr and are not eligible for withdrawal or transfer to a payment provider account. When available, your Fiverr funds and credits are used as your primary payment method for new orders. Fiverr Credits are subject to the terms and conditions of Fiverr's Referral Program.
